Good service by staffs particularly by Ms. Anitha of cooker and gas stove for big bazaar profit club scheme. Bill section staff in counter 4 was very good. After billing she didnt show any urgency in sending the billed customer. Folded and kept the clothes in cool manner.

Last year after lockdown I visiting this store, almost most of materials are not available and the store is also dull. This time iam getting all the materials and the store is back to normal and colourful.

This Big Bazaar is spread out entirely on the ground floor. Has lot of parking space. This mega store is neatly arranged with one long section for clothes and the other section for household items, cosmetics, groceries, fruits and vegetables. I was not happy with the staff overall. The checkout area needs improvement.

Worst Service, I ordered some provisions on 28th of may and still they have not delivered, They are telling 2hours delivery and till date 6 days over but we didnt get the product. Also there is no contact number to call them, we have paid money, there is no option to cancel the order also in the website, Big Bazaar is cheating the customer. Also in chennai its total locked down thats why we ordered online so that we can get door delivery in 2 hours.But till now no response from bigbazaar.

Usually crowded on Sunday and during offer periods... There are many billing counters but billing process is slow... They give preference to in-house brands like AFL, Buffalo, Tasty Treat, Golden Harvest, Koryo, Kosh, Care mate etc... Parking space is congested...

Good shopping mall..All groceries n fashion stores can be done in one place..We had membership for a year.. We paid.. Use to fetch groceries every month without any hindrance but very recently its tough to get grocery items .Only clothes n kitchen accessories can be purchased..Only Big bazaar has to take arrangements for this..Hope they r planning to close got message from reception counter..But I will be happy if BB can do service to customers without closing their mall.. Good clothing items for both men and women. All household items, cleaning, personal care, groceries available. Restroom available for customers. Veggies are always out of stock. No snacks or juices stall inside. They open only few checkout counters and its always crowded. Parking is charged! But refundable at billing. Do not go early morning during weekdays as shelves will be empty, staff take their own time to refill shelves.

No variety and very slow serviceAbove all, being not a crowded place the customer care counter was unattended for 15 minutes even after two remindersFelt cheated when I tried to redeem my voucher at the billing counter when they said it was already redeemed .Hence I paid the full amount against my billObviously when we checked the voucher a balance of ₹4000/++However we went to the customer care counter to cross check the status of the voucher.After 40 minutes of wating in the customer care counter they confirmed that the voucher was already redeemed in the same cash counter.After all these, one person came and started educating us by saying that we have to check before the payment, while he was already standing next to the counter and not even bothered to check why we were waiting...We understand there maybe some server issues, etc....It is understandable, if the store is busy but there were hardly any customers.All the while the store manager didnt come into the picture and had no courtesy of apologizing as they were trying to find fault from us.Really didnt feel like stepping into Big Bazaar Vadapalani again....

Their collections are so colorful and they have so many wide varieties , in all sizes too .... But one thing I felt could be changed was due to corona they restricted trail to 2 prices only .... There are different types of apparels so trying any 2 doesnt make sense .... That too that day there was no crowd too yet they restricted to 2 .... Those who want to try should be given an option to ...... Otherwise its great .....

Be careful when you buy at discounted price. its not billed as advertised. They charge you the normal price without discount. This happened to me today at August 4, 2019 @ 18.29 hours.
