The premises is overcrowded, the space is not sufficient for the customers. The staff on duty, instead of doing their duty behave as if they are doing favours to the customers. Elders and people with physical difficulty will definitely will face unpleasant experience. You have to make pilgrimage to this branch of the bank many times to get your issue(s) resolved. The ATM is sick most of the times.
