I usually buy birthday cakes here over the counter. Today gave a custom order, which wasnt a satisfying experience. They demanded for a color printout of the model which is not at all needed. Its just a simple shape customization, which can be easily done just by following a note, which I was ready to write clearly and easily understandable.Moreover, assorted Donuts was too hard. Harder than a bun.I recommend buying cakes over the counter here. Other products and customization is not recommendable.

Mr.Muthu here is a very pleasant person to deal with...n these guys make the best meat buns n rolls in town with real pieces of chkn...their breads n cakes are always the best...all this at an extremely reasonable price.

Heard that this bakery supports school dropouts by providing them with training in baking and confectionary making. Went and ordered a birthday cake and snacks. Have to admit that the cakes and snacks were really very delicious. It doesnt have a big banner or is easily noticeable. But its a very popular destination in this locality. Really worth the penny spent.

Im just gonna be honest. This place is so good. They have so many options to choose from pastries, cakes, pizzas, biscuits etc. And the shop is run for a cause. You cannot sit and dine thats a bummer but you can stand and eat. And most of all, they are very very economical for the quality theyre offering. A must visit.

Overall a good experience, visit first time to get a red velvet cake (eggless).The staff is very polite.Purchased red velvet eggless muffins, chocolate truffle (eggless), chocolate brownie ( eggless) and mango mousse.Taste wise it was very soft & delicious, only thing I would suggest to have a little less sugar, it was too sweet. Otherwise 5 star from my side.

Bought two, what they call, Choco Donuts. Choco donuts are supposed to have pure-cream based topping or if cutting costs, butter-cream based topping... you know, like pastries.What I got was some topping made of sugar powder, a tiny bit of cocoa and perhaps the least amount of butter, or more probably some kind of vegetable oil, made into a paste.The attached image gives an idea of how the topping crumbles. Is this how donuts are?Went and showed them the kind of choco donuts they are selling. As expected they claimed this is how it should be.So much for vocational training. Shame on them.

Everyone said cakes from this place were very nice; so I decided to order birthday cake for a very special guest. After tasting the cake, I changed my mind. The taste never came any closer to what others had told. On the other hand, the cashier never cared for customers and kept on counting money, making customers unnecessarily wait. Only good thing is prices a bit cheaper.

Run by Rotary Club in association with Corporation of Chennai. They have their own Catering and Food Technology training school. THE BEST quality cakes, bread, pizzas, biscuits, buns, tea cakes etc etc at rock bottom prices. Cakes size is double the normal. Prices start from 35 per piece for Venila and Straberry. They just melt in the mouth. Garlic bread is a wonderful item I often buy. Walnut cake is also lovely. Best place in Chennai for ordering high quality birthday cakes at the lowest price. Opens at 10 am, Sunday too.

Amazing bakery. This bakery is run by a trust organisation. So the cost of pastries are way lesser than other bakeries. Then the most important feature of this bakery is that it offers a ton of varieties. And they do give a unique taste. I highly recommend this place. But because of its uniqueness it is often crowded. But they do have lots of staff so you will be definitely attended.

Firstly, all that they have is really good - whether bread, pastries or their rolls/puffs/snacks. Secondly, their prices are very reasonable compared to other bakeries selling top quality food. Thirdly, its a venture that helps disadvantaged youth by teaching them a vocation that can give them a leg up in life - so you feel youre contributing to societal good by giving them custom. 5 stars.

Looked at the high ratings and went there. Puffs were average and werent fresh. They heated it and gave it to me. Banana walnut cake and brownie were very good. A tad expensive puffs at rs 28 wasnt worth it IMO. Location is at the corner of CV Raman Road and CP Ramaswamy Road.
