Our birthday cakes have been coming from Chocomans only for the past 6 years.This time, however, we had an utterly disgusting experience wih them. We had asked for a rainbow birthday cake as the cake base but instead we were given an ordinary butterscotch cake. When confronted, the manager on duty blatantly put the entire blame on us saying that we had placed an incorrect order!This is totally unacceptable as we have been very particular with our cakes in terms of the design and flavours and we also know how to place a birthday cake order!!!They have lost us as their loyal customer.

We bought a half birthday cake for our boy. And they delivered it perfectly. We loved it. The price was just perfect .Thankyou.

Used to visit this place frequently...Amazing food...I have tried pizza, Sandwiches, nuggets, chicken cheese ball, french fries and milkshakes.

I have been visiting this place for the past 4 years the quality of food that is served here after pandemic is pathetic . I ordered a paneer wrap and a choco truffle cake . The paneer stuffing inside the wrap was too hard to chew and it got me choked also the hostess the manner of serving the food was rude . When I asked to serve the cake warm she heated it like for 5-10 sec or something and it was served cold. The shop serves pastries at a reasonable price its worth buying cakes ONLY!!

The staff was so rude and not a good ambience. Very disappointed with the lady in billing counter and she did not respond well and no water is there a small girl asked for water and the staff was like so leathagic and said no water available here. VERY VERYYY RUDE never expected this and she doesnt have change also asked us to get the change from some other shop this is not only for me for all the customer. Cakes are fresh here. Choco truffle, black forest, white forest and mango flavour is good. It also serves french fries and pizza and other finger foods. One can choose from the menu. Have 5 to 8 seats for dine.

God, their Classic Black Forrest Sundae. This will blow you.Sandwiches, Burgers and Milkshakes are really awesome. I almost liked all of their dishes & cakes.These guys have Hyderabad Cashew biscuits that tastes similar to Karachi biscuits, with little less sugar and it will keep going inside your mouth. Looking forward to new recipes.Good ambience & service. A great place to hangout with really good breads, cakes & desserts.

Awesome cake shop. There are so much variety of cakes available in various size and weights.There are wide range of cakes like printed cakes model cakes.They do in various shapes and sizes in how we want.They have wide range of snacks like pizza burgers fries sandwiches etc. They all are awesome in taste.They also have brownies and the biggest and most tastiest is the ice-creams. They are really so awesome.They have around seven or eight flavours. Each flavours are excellent in taste and are very very nice to have.Cost effective. But too much time to get ordered food.

Im sharing this just because Im super satisfied with chocoman team.They did a excellent job on customized cake for my kid ...I just showed them a google download image and asked them to make at least 70 % of the model.where others bakers around area could not match my expectation...But very surprising they made exactly same..That shows how expert they chef was and also rates was so affordable. Rate. Would like to Conway my thanks to Mr Vivek assistant manager was very helpful and thanks to the chef who made the occasion great.

Lazy pathetic service, the manager/owner at the cashier couldnt have been any dirtier and rude, calls itself an establishment but doesnt have change for 2000 and also couldnt be bothered to send a staff to get the change, even after insisting on sending someone he had a very lackadaisical attitude. Food is also mediocre at best, this place is meant for people who have very low standards, there are better options around velachery than this pathetic little place they call a restaurant

Please avoid... Its not just the food.. The service is not good.. I have visited the place and ordered veg nuggets.. I got a plate with absolutely no salt in the nuggets.. When asked, they said that they dont add salt to that.. And that I need to add a separate masala with salt in it.. I was like WHAT? They were only denying the wrong and not accepting their mistake...

Food is very bad quality! We walked in today at Keelkatalai outlet to get us a cake and in meantime ordered some milkshake. What we got is a flavored sugar syrup. So bad that while coming back I puked. Dont get me started on the cake. While the cake was tooo sweet, i could literally see the syrup threads indicating spoil cake. Discarded it got a fresh one at Cake World.

Been ordering Bday from 2013, first 2 year cake was good. Third year we ordered rocky almond 2kgs , in which they delivered only rocky cake n there was only few almond flakes. wen placed complaint on this, shocked with d response sorry mam we didnt have stocks of almonds so tats y few almond. 2nd experience -this year ordered red velvet flavour am very disappointed with colour n texture of cake. 😈 it doesnt look like red velvet at all. It was more like strawberry. Hereafter no more chocoman cakes...
