Visited lot of times, but recent days experienced stale ice creams. When informed nothing happened to rectify the issue, the same variety had been served to other guest in front of me and the item had been returned by them also. Please counter persons, take care of your hygiene also. It dosent mean hand gloves only is hygiene, a lot have to taught to them. Coming straight to serve after smoking, sneezing in front of guests, you guys concentrate on above, take these sportive for you can improve

However Staffs have to be trained well, the counter staff was using hand sanitizer just above the open Icecream counter, I objected it - he told that nothing will happen.That is the training level, was on a hurry to pickup up the birthday cake, else would have escalated there itself

The place is great and has a better air conditioner to beat the Chennai heat. Icecream and Cakes are really great. If you are ready to spend a bit more. Unlike other ice cream outlet ,it is costly for normal college students . But you can visit this occasionally.
