Excellent collection of cakes. Ordered a cake recently for a celebration from here. Awesome taste and design. Home bakers but with an elegance and finesse of a quality outlet. Great job, keep it up.

Ok but not great

Ordered a cake from their Instagram page,1. The appearance of the cake in reality and what was depicted in the page were completely different. I asked them why they did not provide the white chocklate drips and shards which was mentioned on their page.2. They had specified that the box size was too small to fit the shards and they provided extra Rasmalai instead of the white chocolate.3. Further they kept justifying saying they were right about what they did.4. They have every right to alter the output based on their convinience, but whats important is to keep the customer informed about the same in advance.5. However apart from this I should also mention that the taste was good.

Very poor service. They dont have the courtesy to even reply properly to their customers. Planned to order in bulk from them, but right from the time of inquiry it has been a big hassle to get their attention or response. I would request people to stay away from them. Their cakes may be good but their service towards customers leaves a lot to be desired.

Worst ever place to order your cakes, please dont go by the followers they have on Instagram, clear case of fraud.

I had heard good things about them and decided to get my wedding cake done from them. For my December wedding I contacted them way in advance on Instagram on September 24th 2019 to get it checked off my list. I called a few times to no response. I sent them a DM on Instagram and got a response on September 25th 2019 and told them what I wanted. They responded again on September 26th 2019 asking for my number which I provided immediately to which they replied that they would get in touch on September 27th 2019. Nothing from them for days on end. I sent a follow-up message on 03 October 2019 and another one on 18 October 2019. No response. I sent another message on 06 November 2019 to which they responded and sent their number and asked me to WhatsApp them, which I did immediately. I was in touch with Sanjana. She got back to me on 07 November 2019 and we had a long detailed conversation about the order and we confirmed everything. She told me to wait 5 minutes while she prepares my costing and a bill and that was the last I heard from her. Refused to reply to messages thereafter and never picked up the phone either. Extremely unprofessional, wasted all of my time in discussing everything and finally as I was planning my whole wedding from abroad and in the stress of the last minute, we ended up with no cake for my reception thanks to them. Definitely would not recommend them for any important day. If you cannot fulfill an order or are overbooked, please have the courtesy to say so. Very impolite and unprofessional to keep customers waiting and begging for an update.
