Hi I had finished my professional baking class just now in cake mall. We had very good and friendly atmosphere. We had chef called Sarah mam. Very nice and professional trainer she is. We blessed to have her as a chef. They clarify each and every doubt we have. More then worth for money.

Their online baking program was too good. I had a few technical glitches while at start but their technical team resolved in few minutes. The session went extremely good.

We had a great time baking the best and favourite items. The class was easy enough for anyone and would be good for beginners who have no idea on baking. Was a fun way to spend the whole day and meet other people . Would highly recommend.

My sons and I recently did one of Baking classes at Cake Mall, Nungambakkam and really enjoyed it. Cake Mall training methodology is the best and the chefs there clearly explain every aspects of baking and they let you do the baking yourselves. we made Vanilla sponge cake, Red velvet cup cake, Different types of muffins, Choco chip cookies, Chocolate brownie. Then we did ice the vanilla sponge cake all by ourselves under the guidance of the chef and made it to lovely strawberry cake. The chefs at Cake Mall has a wealth of information of baking in general and their classes are conducted in an friendly, purpose built method which allows for a genuine firsthand experience.. Highly recommended!

We got to interact with their Chefs, Asst Chefs and it was great experience. For the menu, we made Sponge cake Baking, Red Velvet cupcakes, Muffins, Choco Chip cookies & Chocolate brownie. Then we did ice the Vanilla sponge cake that we already bake. The chef was very detailed and she taught us with utmost care and patience. She even gave us several tips to improve our overall baking abilities. The one full day that we spent with a great balance between instruction, hands on learning, tasting yummy cake and having a great conversation. Between Cake Mall’s professionalism on organizing this program & their chefs artful, patient instruction, it’s hard to identify the best part of the experience, but we couldn’t have walked away more satisfied with the Cake & other baked items.

Attended One day program with them. Started late due to rain. But when the workshop started things went very good The chef started with basics , very patient and allowed each of us to handle individually. Based on reviews I have selected to attend the cake class in Nungambakkam. But unfortunately its not meeting the basic qualities that requires for the class.1) Mainly, Hygiene is not at all maintained in the centre be it inside or outside.2) Master who teaches the students, is not up to the mark, though she is teaching, she is not able to get the expected output in terms of her own preperation, then how come student know how to get the expected presentation.3) Its not adding any value to our money.4) If you want to join this class, please do not make any advance amount payment, unless and until you visit the place.

One of the best places to learn baking professionally. Although I have been following them quite regularly in the social media, I was little hesitant to take a call. I did decide and went to their weekend session in Velachery. Awesome is the word as the class was fantastic from the word go. It was very good experience as the class was from the basis of baking and moved to Frosting and decorations. Attended 5 weeks course with Cake Mall on Business baking. Excellent exposure and if you want to start a bakery business, I would strongly recommend to attend this course.More than 60 recipes in the course and each of them hands on experience and through understanding. It was my first time on Baking sessions and i am glad that i did enroll at Cake Mall Pallavaram. The baking setup is situated at a area away from the main road and it was extremely peacefull. It is indeed a quiet & peaceful location! The kitchen is super-wellfunitured, clean and big enough for a large group but also very cosy if you bake with only few people like i did! The chefs at Cake Mall explaines good and in a understandable way. The way they have designed the syllabus might make you feel it would be fast but in reality you will understand everybit as they take their classes in a understanding pace. All in all it was an interesting and wonderful day and do it was totally worth!

I bought online classes from them, where they provide us the set of videos, very good it was and so much detailed. Ive decided to attend their inhouse program during summer.

My dream is to become a home baker and I was wondering how to get started. I went ti cake mall and understood the various courses they had. Initially wanted to test and joined thier oneday program. It started late as the chef had some personal issue and I was wondering whether would this be the right place. The classes started and it went on so smoothly and I realised how good it was. I had attended few workshops but felt the difference after attending this program. My confidence level is very high now.

I am from Avadi and saw both their branches. Although Nungambakkam in nearby, I felt pallavaram better bcas of commuting facility. Great place to learn baking.I have attended the baking classes in both the centers due to my busy schedule so that I cover everything. To be honest I observed that the training was very good at both these centers and looks like they have a uniform pattern of training which is very good. In general when we experience change in Chefs things might be confusing. Another important factor is the coordination between the chefs as I had to attend both the centers for various modules, the chefs discussed with each other and understood my situation. I did not need to explain every time. Now the point is they have multiple chefs and I should tell here that the coordination level is extremely good. The training part as mentioned is very satisfactory and you get to do hands on experience on every single item. I do not want to compare the facilities but Pallavaram is very Big and Nungambakkam is small. Maybe that could be because of the location and finding such a big place in the heart of city can be difficult. However if you are concerned about the training, you do not need worry as the quality at both these centers are the same. Again thank you cake mall and wishing you all the best.

After my hotel management, I thought I should give a try in the baking industry and was looking out for options. Found Cake Mall and when I visited them, I decided to join bcas I strongly felt this was the place I was looking for. The course Business Baking was awesome and it was great learining experience from day one. The 45 days course was extremely detailed and one of the best in the industry as I did my complete research before joining with Cake Mall. The syllabus is extremely detailed, it is completely hands on which means there are no demo and you can complete the whole course say in 45 days. The course extended for few days bcas of unavoidable circumstances but it is completely ok. Another highlight is the way they conduct this program where all the questions are being answered and it is very professional and friendly atmosphere.

The classes that I took with cake mall was good. They had sent me 25 tutorial videos and they have helped me immensely and I will be starting business soon.
