Cost is high. Asked ice cream cup cake, I bought and went. While eating it is not an ice cream cake. It is just pudding cake about that just cream is topped. They said more flavours are there. But no flavour is tasted in cakes. Want to deliver good taste and quality which you said to customer.

(un expected one)Order taking by one person, execution by another one. The communication not at all transferred to the bakers. Our expectations totally fails. Shops looks modern level. But there is no proper order sheet followed. Simply writing our orders in bit papers. Mistakes starting point is here onwards.Simple example: if you order heart shape with rose cream concept, they will serve you square concept with plain cake level quality.Cost is comparatively higher than other shops. But product worthy for your paying cost is not at all fulfilled.Handing customers needs improvement.For any life unforgettable moments, we are choosing cake shops & planning to present our loved one by best choice of cake option.That importance not understand by this shop people.

Never Expected, Ordered Butterscotch cake for an birthday… it’s full of cream filled with thick layer and I see only thin layer of cake. Taste was bad… Wasted my money it’s not worth the rate 750 per Kg.Called them and asked, the reply from them was like “This flavour cake will be like that only”😡😡😡
