Came all the way from ECR seeing the timing in google but the shop is closed. Im totally disappointed before even seeing the bike. Great job guys.

The name INDIAN itself it gives me a thrill & a patriotic feel, the bikes are classical with a nice appearance & very comfortable to sit on, heavy look but light to handle with UNIQUE colors,but spares are bit costly.Thanks toMr.Sanjay for being available for us even on Sunday morning and he was very patient received us with a warm welcome & explained about all the bikes and all the features of each bike, & even thanks to Mr.Senthil for arranging Sanjay for proper time, I hope i will plan to purchase a bike in INDIAN Motors...overall it was a good experience👌👍Thank You,INDIAN motorcycle - CHENNAI.

I had a horrible experience in this showroom. I i wish I could give it negative 5 rating..Here is what happened: I had gone to visit the showroom on a weekday with the intention of getting a bike. And money was not going to be a problem. I was ready to even pay the full amount. This was going to be my first expensive bike and I was excited.There were no customers in the showroom, and the 4-5 sales guys were talking with each other. I had to go and speak with one of the guys (Sanjay). I started asking him about the bikes, and all I could get were 1 word answers. It is true that I dint know much about the bikes, and I wanted to know more..but instead of explaining about it he made me look really dumb..he was like Sir these are imported bikes. They start at 3 lakhs... It seemed like he had already made up his mind that I would not get any bikes, and it was a waste of his time...it seemed like he would rather chit chat with his co employees than selling the brand to a potential customer.. I had to pull the words from his mouth. His replies were like You can find everything online...we dont have any brochures..On top of that when my son who was with me touched one of the bikes, he asked him not to touch the bikes! I did tell him about his rude/bad attitude and he was like ..no sir..it is not like that ...these are imported bikes ..tahts y ..no apologies!Seriously is this way to treat customers? One thing for sure is that i am NEVER getting an Indian Motorcycle brand, or am I suggesting this brand/showroom to any of my friends. First learn to treat customers with respect, before you expect them to get your products!
