Need good response, Need Honest service. Need clarity on information.When I took service in Bikerz Yamaha chrompet. They charged 250 for pick up and drop. But without any information the bill was given for 290. Service for raised issue was not rectified adding to that no response for the complaint.Reply for the Owners response:-Thankyou for the immediate action and resolved the query.Its my kind suggestion that It is not only the duty of the Owner but the TEAM. Instead of working for the negative reviews if an organisation works on building team work and one language (way of communication to the public) then the rating will be on the peak 24/7.

In my last two wheeler service I clearly conveyed, scooter is getting off, while I go full raise off. But this issue not fixed and it happened thrice after service. Two wheeler is mainly used by my wife.

(kindly read full review to know about bikerz) one of the best service centre in Chennai people here knows what they are doing they ll explain calmly if any problem arises, everyone here are professionally trained, awesome works on my R15s, thank you guysabove review was on my second service done on Sept 2 2017 and today November 1 2017 am facing problems in my bike, in second service they made a mistake for valve adjustments then I went for rectifying that problem they charged me for their mistake then after that bike seems to be OK but after I reach home when the engine is warm at lower rpm engine shuts down, they really dont know how to set idle rpm, idling has to be set on only warm engines but they made in cold engine , 😡waste of money at bikers not recommended , people are good at explaining but in practical service zero for them

Please its my humble request to not take service from here as they charge 10times more then actual price and they will also make your bike lifeless. One word old age home for bikes.

Service done is good. But they put some scratches on my FZs front fender while giving for polish. I had to check it and had to bargain for a replacement. This happened once and next time they put a scratch on the side guard. Everything is good but there is this lethargy with the mechanics. Check your vehicle carefully in the service center itself if there are no damages or scratches.

Bought my yamaha FZ v3 from bikerz yamaha,chrompet. This showroom is genuine and staffs are friendly and patient towards customers. Mr.manoj delivered my bike on time as promised with all accessories they agreed. The bike is also in good condition too .i will have to check with the service and comeback and edit this review. overall my buying experience is great. I hope they should carry this goodwill in longrun. . I would suggest this showroom if you are nearby chromepet.

EDIT: It wasn’t a nice experience after driving the bike for 2 days. They didn’t even adjust the breaks. Front disk pad was changed because of a oil spill on it from shock absorber.Even the oil was not cleaned from the disks and they ruined the new pad.Other works were also not satisfactory.Had given 5 stars. Now reducing.—It was a nice experience. Service supervising was up to the mark by Mahendra Varma.

Poor bike servicing Ive ever seen.Totally unsatisfied.....

Billing service is pathetic, not satisfactory.I had my fascino serviced where all complaints were not addressed too. Some service agents come at exit and ask for rating which is a soft compulsion too. I have taken it again next day where they explained the issue after service is not because of the parts changed but due to some other technical reason which we cannot trust on their words.I am chaging the 5 ratings to 2 since this rating was given in their soft compulsion while leaving service center.About the billing, they will ask you to pay even before you check and satisfy with their service.They dont even show some respect by asking you to sit, nor give a smile nor talk polite as if you owe them some lakh of money.

I have been servicing my vehicle here for the past three years, I havent faced any issue with their service. Service is good. Recently I had a small accident and had to change some parts on my vehicle, I approached them and got the bike ready within 2 days which is great.

Customer service in sales department is not good. I booked my fz25 and they takes two weeks to deliver even I made full payment.

The service assistant Satya was very helpful and had a close follow-up with the spares and updated timely. However still not completely satisfied with the service on time constrain and people friendly towards assurance of time.

I have a concern to raise. Kindly dont ask customers about the feedback on the gate. That is annoying. Atleast let them have a test ride and then rate accordingly. The 3rd service for my bike was done yesterday and I was not satisfied with it. I found a spot on my tank and my clutch is tight. I had a give a 5 star yesterday based on the 2nd service experience I had.
