I hade given complaint against this hotel recently as i got food poison and they went to the hotel and said this....dont ever try food from this hotelRespected sirinspection was conducted regarding WhatsApp complaint no.1024/unhygienic, kpm/Aug 30 at Dine fun restaurant situated at no:5/7, velachery main road, Vijeay nagar, medavakkam, Chennai -600 100 on 31.08.2021.Nature of complaint -unhygienic.The owner of the restaurant is Mrs.kavya.The in charge person is Mrs.R.Meera.Has valid fssai License (12419008002390) and not promptly displayed.Inspected entire premises in and around.- Findings - no proper hygiene has followed, fly nuisance were present, Dust-bins were without proper lid, food handlers were working without apron and had not obtained medical certificates, prepared foods were not properly covered, freezer was in unhygienic and not properly cleaned. Using plastic straw for juices. seized 100gms of plastic straws.- Thoroughly checked other items in the Restaurant for best before date(salt packets, sauce, oil, water bottle and masala packets). They were found to be within the best before dates.Action taken-Instructed to maintain the premises hygienically-Instructed to adopt proper pest control_ Instructed to get medical fitness certificate for all Food Handlers, to wear Head cover, Apron, Hand Gloves, Should vaccinate all and to adopt proper covid norms.- Instructed to maintain the purchase bills.- Instructed to purchase food products from fssai license holer- Lifted surveillance sample Tandoori Chicken 500 gms- Notice under section 55 issued.DO Kanchipuram

I feel they became same as other . At first they were good on what they do, But 2 weeks before I referred this place to my friend he bought 2 chicken rice and half tandoori and mutton gravy . Literally the taste really bad even the chicken rice is filled with flour which they used to fry the chicken piece and mutton gravy which was I preferred to go for instead I get a pack of some spicy gravy without mutton ... I really dont know how they changed and whats the main highlight is the people who dine and order through online .. Right now many places are being raid and checked food department hope they wont get here ...

One of the best places in medavakkam to get yummy Chinese , tandoori and shawarma dishes.Rates are nominal, staffs are friendly and they keep all the orders expedite in a quick time. They have dine in with a single floor roof top space and do also allow to take away. Must visit guys!!

I had ordered mutton keema dosa, fish 65 and chicken Lollipop. The service was very good and all items were very good in taste and quantity with reasonable price. They have variety of Starter, main dishes in both Veg and non Veg. They have dining place in enclosed ac room and also open area in front and terrace

Awesome food, the ambience is ok in a small place. We ordered chicken fried rice, chicken noodles, tandoori half, chicken momos, and dosa. Fried rice and noodles are really tasty, tandoori was ok except it was a lil burnt, momos are really well done and the dosa with all the chutney and sambhar was just wow.

May be 2 or 3 years back I gave 5/5. But yesterday we had a very bad experience by ordering food in Dine and Fun through Zomato. We had a special occasion at home becoz of ur food the total day was spoiled. I ordered Noodles where the noodles was spoiled. And then on the list 2 fried rice, naan and panner butter masala. Where in the fried rice was filled with oil and no salt. All the food was previously cooked may b a day before or that morning. They just heated and packed. Such a disaster food. Thank god my kid didnt have the food. I request the concern people from Dine and Fun never ever repeat this mistake again. Pls dont play with people life.

The servers is not able to understand the things we are saying but they are managing to understand the food items name. The ambience is also great. The lights and their colour are also great. And their upstairs is also looking good with the small bushes. And its nice to see so many cats their.

Restroom should improve for customers and server should speak in local language as many local people will come there and it is causing trouble for them to make server understand what they need (minus 1 star only for these).
