Never attend the customer either direct or through phone call. Worst bank ever

Very poor staff .non co operation to the core. Branch manager is waste . Nothing he knows I dont know why such a branch should exists

Worst service .... customer queries are never responded ... calls not attended .... emails doesnt provide sufficient info ... regret choosing this bank.... Lives up or even surpasses the expectations of service from government banks .... makes me believe al those memes on SBI service are true to the core.

Worst bank in alandur very poor behaviour towards customer

Well the bank is clean and neat with all facilities. Now the major part is the staff that can look at the customer requirements. And to my surprise there was noone who comes forward to do this. The Bank relationship manager never looks at the customer face when talking and provides poor response. There are many senior citizens who come to this branch and hardly any staff provides any assistance to them.

I have been calling this number just to know what is the emi for the loan that i have taken... but there is no response... however if we dont pay emi for couple of months then there will calls pouring to pay emi... very very unprofessional... both the bank and customer service

Place is in ok location and I visited this place in 2014. My car loan is with this branch and it is not that easy to locate it without map. Atleast I was roaming 2-3 times to find it. Coming to their service, it is not bad but certainly not in par with private sector banks. They asked me to visit them in a working day of their convenient timings. They made me fill few of the forms. For ECS, they asked me to go to my bank with salary account to get some formalities done. They were insisting me to take credit card which has joining/annual fee. I said a strict no eventhough one employee was forcing me as I already hold a premium card from one of the leading private bank which is lifetime free with travel, fuel, shopping benefits along with enhanced credit limit.

They wont take their official landline phone easily.......Horrible bank visit also. after 4 hours wait i got my NOC.

Multiple times tried to call the branch to the given number.No one picking the phone call at the branch.

Bunch of Morons working in this office. gave a request for 2 cards and i got only one. Card was suppose to come in 10 days. Took nearly 3 weeks.
