I went to the salon for hair color and then I had shown them a picture which had mild copper red and brown shade hair color and I had also asked them to do the same colour in an even subtle look. They ended up colour bright red and the browm wasnt even the same colour.i asked them to either refund the money i paid or fix it and They agreed to fix it the next day. i had specifically ask them not to change my hair back to the original colour and that i wanted subtle look. they coloured it black which even then, didnt cover the red they coloured on my hair which looked very awkward as it was also there in the fringe of my hair. they coloured it again another day to even after me CLEARLY STATING WHAT EXACTLY I WANTED. THEY COLOURED MY HAIR BLONDE AND NOW MY HAIR IS COMPLETELY DAMAGED BECAUSE OF IT. WHERE I ENDED UP CUTTING THE ENTIRE COLOUR PART NOW. TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS SALON.

Place is good and hygienic but the services are not worth..When I asked for a for hair, the person on the reception suggested a senior stylist hence he was only available.. I was ok to take the service but the hair cut he gave was very normal and not satisfying... finally he refused to give a hair wash as well.. very bad experienceI was charged 590/- but the services worth just 150/- i will not visit them back.Most importantly the stylist was repeatedly insisting for a head massage or a hair coloring which i never want and it was very irritating...

On October-02I have booked an appointment for Hair cut,And finally I reach the salon,So they started my haircut, but my stylist wasNewly joining in your Salon,And the way he talk to customer it was like Im asking for free service,After my haircut I ask please do me a Hair wash also,But he said sir no hair wash,In Haircut we dont give hair wash, I was like what?? Whenever I go for haircut Hair wash is free,But he said you go and wash from your home,AnywayI ask him about combo which you have posted on the wall, because Im going somewhere so I must do Hair wash,Combo was something like this 👇Haircut+beardtrim+ head massageThe price was 499/-And I ask him to do this service but refused to do this also, after I request 2-3times he said okey IllDo,And he said but the haircut price will come separateI said why?He replied sir is like that only,And I said Please you go and clear about combo n Hair cut how it will come separate?Because its clearly showing in ComboHair cut+ beardtrim+ head massageBut he didnt ask to anyone and he comes back & said no sir it will come separate only😓So I just want to ask youIs this the way to treat your clients?Or because Im from northeast??Or because Im also an an employee??For me it was so embarassing,Infront of many clients n your Staff,First time in my life,Otherwise everything was going goodPlease dont take me wrong this was my experience,If you cared your clients then definitely Ill visit again 🙏

This has been my second service that I had availed from this location of Essensuals. Hands down! I will NOT go to any other salon, trying to still find the best service. Raj - He’s the best !! I had my Keratin treatment done here and he taught me so much, even the smallest of nuances for hair care. I went back again for a hair cut that he had advised but denied for 3 months, finally succumbed to the fact that I needed one, if I wanted healthier hair. The longest haircut I’ve ever had but worth the wait and money.

Id just like to state that the quality of this branch needs to be improved in terms of the way customers are treated and the way offers that are provided/redeemed.I have been going here for almost a year and my most recent experience was quite disheartening pushing me to think of going elsewhere. Im not complaining. Im just offering feedback and wish they would enhance staff and give a little more importance to customers especially the regular ones.

My wife had Keratin treatment done here. Raj is the Go to guy for any hair services you need. The guy knows what he is doing unlike others who just do coz they have to. For him its his passion and that shows in the finished product.

I recommend not to do smoothening at this place .. The lady who did my smoothening has done it worst .. This was my 4th time , and never my hair has got curl In just 2months .. I was not happy when she told me that she would do straightening for half hair , but still she assured that my hair will not lose the texture till 6 month at least .. Worst place.. Instead visit Harrington road branch (Neha- profrssional) or Egmore(Geetha - Professional)

The haircut was extremely good. The haircut person completely explained all the products and services they do, was very friendly. DS Bala was the person who did the haircut for me. I highly recommend him. The front office person was also really good.

Quite a small salon. Not enough waiting area for queued up customers. Dimly lit and rather gloomy space. The service was great however, especially if you opt for creative director or senior stylist.

I experienced the worst ever massage service from your outlet in Harrington road Chennai... dated 01 November 2018 : 12 Noon ...Deep tissue massage is what I selected for 90 mints... massage was so hopeless that had to end up in 40 minutes.. therapist had no clue of a deep tissue massage.. waste of money

I had appointment with senior stylist, but she doesnt experienced as a senior... I wanted hair do but ended doing nothing .. she doesnt give any importance to the client as she walked off when other client came and came back after 15min.. very poor service .. and they charged me for doing nothing..

Worst experience ever. The stylist took off a chunk of eyebrows while doing threading. The only solution that they could come up with was to remove a chunk from the other eyebrow so that it looks even. Stay away from this branch.

Asked for a hair cut n hair colouring. Offered only cutting at the time of appoinment saying it would take 3 hours n will go past closing time of the salon. Though the staff apologised for the communication error, it wasnt right!

One of the worst branches ever. Went over for a pedicure and bleach service and ideally, it should have lasted for one hour in total. The staff who did the pedicure merely applied the scrub and lotion leave alone trying to massage it into my skin. The shoddiest service EVER. And I got overcharged for the bleach as well. I had asked for the bleach to be applied at my feet alone and I got charged for half legs.

Very very costly for the service they provide. Billed over 1000 rupees for a normal haircut which hardly took half an hour time.
