I always prefer YBM. It’s clean and safe to travel. The only problem we could face is when the tickets are cancelled there would be no replacement service. However, they provide a full refund. I wish they could work on this part. Otherwise, I highly recommend YBM. Their waiting hall is classy and they follow time 100%. Happy YBM customer :)

Buses are good but poor service. We had a breakdown at midnight and we were stranded in one place for nearly 4 hours.

Easy to access near Koyambedu metro station. Prominently located so no need to search. Has a pretty decent and large A/c waiting hall, with attached toilet facility. Neatly maintained.Very convenient for the passengers. Not much of parking facility though, especially for the cars.

Well maintained waiting for hall with centralised AC, washrooms are available neatly maintained, audiovisual announce meant system is there to give us the information regarding forthcoming buses. TV for entertainment and charging points also available. overall its amazing here.

Worst experience with the driver on chennai to Kumbakonam route, we started our trip from kolathur to Kumbakonam, driver waits for morethen 1 hour in Coimbade for fill the seats, and he rode 40 to 50 even in the highways, worst braking by driver in the full trip.

Worst service they have mentioned a wrong landmark stating that near metro station I have spent 200 for auto unnecessaryly

Nice clean place for passengers. Television, water cooler, mobile charging point, AC is provided. Every bus announcement is done on speakers. The staff present there is also helpful. Clean washroom for gents and ladies is available. At a time more than 30 people can seat at the office.

Really I appreciate their efforts for having such a wonderful waiting room at Chennai, since most of the private buses are not having any waiting room. Actually we have to wait in the public place mostly standing, until the bus arrives. A rest room also available. Here the room is Air conditioned, spacious, having two Televisions for Time pass. And an announcement TV , that we can know about the status of the bus which is also very useful 😊. Buses also maintained very well. I suggest this bus for pleasant travel.

Sleeper is comfy and Sheet is clean.You can keep Luggage in luggage compartment below the bus. They tag every bag and provide a token for verification which makes it safe.

Bus reached Nagercoil in time and left exactly at 8pm. Neat and clean bus, friendly staff. Every berth is having a small screen which can be switched off if not required. Same with speaker also. Charging port available for every berth. Bus was stopped at two places one around 9.00pm at Kavalkinaru and another around 2.30am near Villupuram. Water bottle and a light snack was served. Reached my destination on time. Overall it was a pleasant journey.

Travel experience and customer relationship was very nice. Right now due to pandemic safety measures are excellent here. Personal sanitisers, Wet wipes and mask are given prior to start of travelling.

YBM Travels, Chennai I travel Chennai to Thanjavur afternoon @YBM travels. Really good experience and good staff behavior. Normal speed, YBM travels give one water pack, juice and some snack food.

Best bus service provider from Madurai to chennai

I had to call more than 50 times for someone to tell me where the boarding point is , the bus is not cleaned I found some tobacco products in my seat window which was not cleaned after the ride. Poor service and itchy sensation as soon as I sat on the seat travelled with my nose closed thanks to corona I had my mask to wear , highly not recommended.

Very well maintained place with washrooms, charging ports and place to seat for 30 people. If you have bus at late nights, you can come early and stay hereThere is some nice shop besides incase of last minute hunger

Im using this bus service for the first time.. and I must say the quality of sleep stations/ berths in the sleeper bus is really good.. Fresh blankets neatly covered, good back rest as well for the berth, personal TV, curtains to have a privacy, snacks for the journey & water bottle.. What else one can ask for in a Bus journey. Hands down this is the best service from Chennai to Madurai.

Travelled from Chennai to Nagercoil. In redbus they posted it takes 10 hours to reach Nagercoil and the bus is Mercedes Benz., Finally both are false claim , it takes 11:00 hours of travel and bus used is veera coach. Traveling experience is very fine., No unwanted vibrations., They maintained bedsheet and pillow neat and tidy. Issued a kit with sanitizer, mask and Tissue paper. Staffs were more kind and patient., Over all riding experience is Good.

A decent waiting lounge. Unlike other travels, its located in a traffic less and easily accessible area. You dont have to stand and wait for the bus, just sit and relax in the AC lounge, they will announce for the bus arrival. Due to less traffic in front of office its convenient to get down from cab and get in to here. Good service, buses are on time and well maintained. Value for money. Bus seats are tidy and comfortable. During travel they provide snacks and water bottle. I wish they continue the same service in future.
