Shopping at lightscape was indeed a pleasant experience. We bought all out interior light fittings for our renovated house from lightscape. Their designs were exquisite and classy. They even provided customisation according to our preference. More than anything, their customer service was commendable, as people were super kind and patient with customers. Vishal assisted us for like hours in going through their products with his suggestions based on our taste, interiors and installation place. He also helped with installation by sending their electrician Sakthi who did a very neat job.Overall we are very content with our purchase from lightscape and much satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend this place for a better lighting experience.  Their products might be a bit expensive for some, but I would say its definitely worth to get an elegant look for your home.

Very Big shop and well maintained. Lots and lots of varieties. The owner is courteous and very nice guy with good professional behaviour. I went to purchase a product which was not their line of business. He politely asked me to visit the shop and requested the sales person (Sevvandhi) to walk me through. Found this via Maps. Parking was a breeze. The collection inside was impressive. We found a chandelier and wall lights we liked quite quickly. Ramya was helpful and thorough. She explained the products, coordinated delivery and directed competent electricians for installation. Initially we found the price to be a bit high but given the overall experience it was worth it!

Mr. Vasanth from Lightscapes took the time out to very elaborately explain the details of the lighting solutions they have to offer. The range is vast and each piece draws ALOT of attention due to the details that have gone into the making. What surprised my team and I, is that they are open to customizations and collaborations. Any lighting design to suit your space can be whipped up with your required finish, all the while promising finesse and quality!

I had visited the showroom today. The sales person Sivandhi was very very cordial. Even though I told the budge of my client , she asked me to get an idea of the lights the shop has and decide . I am not sure if I am going to buy them there.. but the sevice is good. She took pictures and said she will mail the quote..the place was clean and has selective get good collections .

The one thing I loved with this shop is their explanation on each product and customer service. They gave a demo on all the lights and advised me on lighting solution for my new home.They did also take care of the delivery even though my new home was 30kms away. Luckily I didnt buy at the last moment. But we want to share our experience. LED lamps are very expensive than other shops who deals the similar brand of items available in M/s Light Scape. With respect to availability of products and the person serving at the front desk do not explain the product advantages as per customer needs. My house requirement was 45 to 50 lamps but the salesman will project that they only sell for large volume business and not for the individual houses having less than 7000sqfeet. Attitude towards the customer needs to be changed. By seeing the outlook one should not temptated to buy and needs to think twice before purchasing.

Got few lights here about one year back and comparitively the prices have been increased greatly. Seems like they started to target only the elite. Even the service was not as it was before.

My house warming ceremony over, still to get the full order.I ordered 10 days in advance. Not a word was mentioned regarding the the delay in delivery during payment. Full assurance was given. Main problem no proper updation from ur end when u cant meet the delivery date. Hope to get the ordered piece soon.
