Worst Service center!! please be aware of cost before you contact them.They are charging 10 times of spare cost!Ive called them for service and requested for refrigerator service, theyve said that for changing godrej OLP relay INR 2300 for spare and INR 300 for service(Overall INR 2600), when i searched online, product cost was INR 230 - 300 MRP. Then Ive asked techno point customer care that, why does it cost so high?Theyve said that its under 6 months warranty. Even every market product offers the same. But still theyve try to defend same thing.My Suggestion is these people can check and tell you what was problem in your equipment and dont plan to purchase any spares from them.Check spare parts cost online before you pay them. Such a worst experience ever!!Finally, ive called local service people to buy and change relay with only 500 Rupees cost including service charge.
