I said them the 5ft cot is not enough I need 7 feet and after that also they give me only the 5 feet “cotAnd There is a gap in the skirting which they are not accepting the defect of them I’m saying them to close the skirting they are not closing the skirting at allAnd initially they will send one quotation after you paid initial payment and the second payment the Third payment amount will vary; they will ask extra amount I was asked an extra amount. You have no choice but to pay with 110% in advance.Never trust the Google reviews, there will be a person in the reception desk and will ask you to review five-star in GoogleThe project has get completed on 31/07/2021 and today the sight is lying messed up not cleaned with incomplete work and they executive wont reply, won’t pick your call , its like a mental tocher ,and no senior executive will come and visit the side once alsoNever do as customers orderNever note what is customer requirements.Before taking cash they promise all that within 30 days all will delivered and within 10days complete installation. But delivery takes 150 days and installation 90 daysThey do work not as per our site but generally they do and after that they put skirtings to close the difference in work.50 days before delivery I said them to change the cot to 7 ‘ and they noted but forgot to forward to factory.They make some draws small some regular. All irregular size.Dressing table has drawn but you can’t place anything inside not even 1 “depth.Now don’t say the same stupid reply, sorry to hear this. I was looking for an interior designer when my friend suggested an even better option as Livspace. I wanted to redo my bedroom. Within the stipulated time, my bedroom was ready. I am happy with the modular wardrobe and the overall design of my bedroom and attached bathroom.

Its was a nice experience. Product explain was very detailed. Thanks to Livespace and Vignesh who explained me.

Such a pathetic customer service. They call you back only after 2 days since you leave a message on their site. They will fix an official appointment also but the designer is not going to join on the specified time. Again they will give you a delayed call. Post that they will create fancy WhatsApp group with some big shots. And thats it they vanish. We asked for a simple quotation for our need. Even that, we couldnt get. So unreliable. Dont get swamped by their alluring advertisements.

LivSpace is actually a LieSpace. Don’t ever think about choosing them… they are a team of well trained liars who give sugar coated false promises… the work quality is also pathetic and there will be zero support from them…they usually delay the project by a year minimum…Overall the worst interior designers in chennai..!!!

I have a very bad experience with Livspace. Their team did not explain the cancellation policy upfront. They took advance , the person who booked said we can support in refund. For just sending a quote and doing nothing more they have taken 50k and say it is not refundable. They should know that 50k is a big amount and cannot hold a normal person at ransom citing policy which is not clearly shown or explained when the booking is done. It is hidden behind a link. Government should intervene and put these people to task for robing people their hard earned money. Never to this company again …

I have a house in Tamil Nadu which was completely built. But As we all know interior designers brings life to the house .Then I contacted synergy Decor they made my TV unit , they also make so many small drawers to Keep things like Remote ,speakers etc.They also did very good lighting at my TV space. I am completely satisfied with their interior decoration.

This may sound so weird but I loved working with Livspace mainly for their payment system. It is broken down into three installments, so it takes off the stress from my shoulder of having to pay half or pay the full amount right away. Whats more, every installment was totally worth every penny! I absolutely love my new living room designed by Livspace. I cannot wait to invite people over and make new memories in my favourite room in the house!

The place is maintained well. The staff are excellent. Lot of options to experience and decide. They also have wallet parking available.

The problem lies not within the products, but rather the overall work ethic and the attitude of the staff. Everything was extremely delayed and the designer forgot to take the measurement for a certain portion that led to an escalation in cost later. I was forced to pay because it was too late to cancel- and they got one of our specifications wrong (we asked for a matte finish). If all of these errors are fixed, maybe then thered be more customer satisfaction.

Very worst installation and delay of works execution also non technical people engaged spoil my dream home. Be aware of the payment also not giving delay of compensation. Project manager irresponsible wont be in sites. Kindly dont show fake ads on websites.

Initial implementation was tardy and delayed and the mechanism was not working well. However, for the current service while they took quite sometime to send the carpenter, but the carpenter made a very simple adjustments to the magnet to make push door lock well. Lesson : all problems are not complex and sometime simple approach solution can be sufficient. Good job carpenter

Hi, everyone who is into any business should always believe “Customer is the KING”. If they fail to understand this, I am sure the organization will fail miserably. I don’t know how many of you who are reading this will take my review seriously. But if you want to experience something bad in your life, you need to venture into LIVSPACE. In this review the minimum is one star, even that is not worth it.Like everyone with the dream, we also entered Livspace with great expectations and imagination. The Beginning was fantastic till they created the Group in the whatsapp and next 32 days was nightmare. We lost 32 days, which includes our family and personal time of 25 to 30 manhours of discussion. They will create the group with lot of people from their side but no one will interact with you except one person. As we were told she/he will take care of discussion, designing and planning. We were not able to figure it out initially since it was a new experience for all of us in our family and we were going by their timelines and meetings. After informing our requirement we received the quote and we paid the advance also. It was then that the true color of Livspace started showing . The person who was contacting us stopped messaging in the group and she started sending individual messages to my wife for various excuses sighting personal reasons. We waited for almost a week for her to comeback. She returned after one week and again she started detailed discussion and came with the final quote. We were really shocked to see the detailed quote with lot of manipulation of design and the product what they use. For eg. At the time of initial offer they said they will never use MDF and they will use only Plywood for all their work. In the final quote they change the entire material to MDF. Second one was, they removed a lot of Modular items that they had promised to deliver from the initial quote. Already 25 days gone in our timelines, so we decided to proceed with MDF and went for the final discussion for designing. This time she went missing for 5 days and a new person entered in to the scene, citing her for having left for a personal emergency. We agreed and continued the discussion again with him, and he started saying lot of modular items was missed by her in the quote they gave and he is adding the same and as a result the cost is going up. Most importantly he said, we cannot extend 42% discount which was given in the initial quote as well as in the final quote and they can extend only 32%. We immediately said, we want to meet their higherups, and he also came once for discussion and he promised that he will check everything and come back in 2 days. but we waited for 4 days and here comes the climax. When we visited the LIVSPACE after 4 days, they coolly said, lot of materials are not available and the delivery of the work will get delayed by 60 days and they are ready to refund the money. Most probably whoever is reading this, by this time would have understood our nightmare with livspace. This time we decided not to continue to with them and walked out with empty hand but with lot of personal learnings and experience. None of them have said even sorry to us for giving this wonderful experience. ( People from Livspace who has given this experience – Ms. Preethi, Mr. Aravind and Mr Syed (person incharge). One of the worst interiors ever. They have the worst execution team who are clueless and have no idea about working out things. Zero support from management and even if you visit office, you will be ignored. My project is still not complete and is delayed for more than 15 months despite paying full amount.Till date they have not even allotted a person to manage the project and their behaviour and attitude is worse than their work.Never even visit their office… itz not livspace just liespace

I am changing my review from 5 to 1 as there is no 0. Initially Loved the walkthrough and the experience of the professionals. The look and feel, choices were excellent. But then they never take notes and keep forgetting everything we asked for. Keep confusing our requests with other projects, they gave us a presentation with all details and autocad which we followed but while execution the things we see in site is different from what is in slide when asked they said they missed to update the presentation and check the sign off autocad diagrams which they did not walkthrough and we don’t understand a word mentioned in it.So so many onsite mistakes - wrong shade of wall paint/ wrong size of modular & custom-made furnitures, the final price is thrice as that of what we agreed upon as budget - to show it lesser internally they broke down our project into 3 smaller projects.We take time off every alternate day and go check the house and I send the team updates as in the image attached but no one replies to it even there is a reply which is rare they don’t read my message properly before replying.No minutes of the meeting, no notes, totally rely on whatever they utter to us. So i took notes (attached) and i pushed them to update the ppt and finalised everything in it.No response to calls no response to messages from designer. Keep fighting with us all the time and playing blame game. Even made us cry on the site with their words. Supposed to be completed on June 17th but not done. No one came to work the last 1 week. We even lived in undone home sleeping on the floor for a day because of their delay. The website has so many rules and says about compensation but no one knows anything about it. Just gave all our money stuck with them without a place to stay for months.

Myself and my family are very glad our apartment we chose linespace for our Home Interior Design.While there were delays in execution, we are very happy with the final output and I would like to give a special mention to Santhosh who has been instrumental in bringing our ideas to life. Santhosh was very patient , detail oriented and innovative in the design and went above and beyond for us. He was super flexible to work with and was very patient to do a lot of rework and more until we were satisfied. He also improvised greatly and was very creative in a lot of ways. Thanks to him.Also special thanks to Mahesh, who was there everyday for the execution and worked tirelessly. There have been many days were Mahesh stayed throughout the day after showing up at 10 am and was making sure enough progress has been made everyday to get the project completed.Harish was our Project manager who took care of the overall logistics and some and was very helpful in the overall execution of the project and thanks to Asif who co-ordinated with all vendors and helped move the project when stuck.I am very happy to have worked with Livspace for our new home in Chennai. My only major complaint is that the project took a while to complete and needed me to be constantly on their back certain times but these things do happen when a lot of contractors are involved. But the output was very good that it was worth it in the end.

Project booking with payment on 23rd Nov20 & Final payment cleared on 26th Mar21. Till now only False ceiling work in completed. No other work initiated sofar. After handing house key on 13th Mar21 giving false promise that work is to be completed within ten days. But our project manager always blaming us with baseless arguments and adamentaly delaying the project. Till now in our site a single labour working in snail pace way which is hard to complete within stipulated time. Lot of discussion and designing throw out of air & each and every things has to be guided under daily supervision by us. Inspite of civil planing & electrical lining unnecessary digging of walls, damaging structure will costs our times and delay. The reputation of Livspace downgraded in a way that dependent solely on very few local labourers and entire team only on paper & nothing else. Hats off to our project manager didnt hear our appeal that We are in plan to do grahapravesa on 1st of Chithirai and negletting all our calls after final payment. What else We will do?

The project designer is delaying that it have been 5 months since we have paid the advance and she is not doing anything like literally nothing and she not giving us any ideas instead she is asking us the photos and asks us to design the site and she is just representing our ideas into a picture and we have paid the advance and livspace is not working as a interior designing centre but only working as a carpenter service.I am so worried how the livspace work.

I used their service for modular kitchen. It took more time than they committed for. Most of the time workers are sick or not showing up. It was worst experience of my life. After 6month running behind them it was finally delivered and within 6months entire cabinet and sink have fallen apart!! Please save yourself the pain we went through..

Its an overall satisfying but I would say not so overwhelming great experience with Livspace Chennai operations. Project started on Feb 01 and finally delivered on May 28 , with some snags. There were some challenges in the execution as well as a delay in delivery. IMHO, I believe the team needs to be more clear and open about their plan and pricing to the clients from the very first interaction. Also, they need to focus more on meeting deadline(s). The senior designers need to brief their team(s) about the client budget along with their requirements. I understand an inflation of 10% from the initial budget but should not get over-budgeted by around 40-50%. Business Manager(s) should coordinate with the team(s) more often rather than running behind the clients for payments. On Site Team needs to improve their process a lot, mainly the coordination between PM, PE, Third Party On-Site workers and their own labors. Finally, the materials delivery team needs to be more careful about the shipment. We received two glass items, both broken. So, in a nutshell, I believe each and every department needs to improve a lot, if you care about customer satisfaction. PR Team can contact me for any specific individual name to find out hows their performance(s).

What stuck with me, was that right away Livspace Interiors showed genuine excitement and great vision around the possibilities. , But I finally chosen “Livspace Interiors” are the best in the industry to supply Quality products and to meet the target (Even I have given very very crucial target to the entire team),..the other reason behind my taste & Exception and the frequency was exactly matched with the interior designer Miss Divyaa Shanmugam Who made my dream house with full of positive energy .. ,The renovation included inclusive of Falls cealing ,Kitchen,Wardrobs ,Living room cabin includes wall paper’s, Pooja room & Shower enclosure provided with full lighting of the entire unit.I had never gone through major redesign or worked with a designer before and was unsure of the process. Miss Sandhyaa and team asked me a lot of questions about by tastes, listened to my ideas and brought back a vision that was awesome! They did such a great job of ensuring the design was something that I would love. The result is that they gave me such a beautiful place, one that I couldnt imagine getting to on my own, but it feels 100% mine...and I love it!In addition to the design, I needed help coordinating Mr.Janarthanana Site Engineer who was the highly skilled in managining workers ,and allotting day to day activities in advance with out any time delay and manage the entire project. This included purchasing and receiving, managing budgets, pulling permits, coordinating and managing the contractors, final deep cleaning.There are still some rooms that I intend to finish at a later date I’m expecting some discount from Mr.Azhar who is initiated to fulfill my dream home and team will be there with me! They were so easy to work with, had great vision and creative ideas, paid attention to detail, masterfully managed all the moving parts and ensured that I would love the results...and I do! I still cant believe how great it looks!Livspace Interior’s and team are true professionals, super creative, great people and great to work with. Well, they have a wide range of collection to look, touch and experience the finish. Each room experience is very nice. The executive were very curtious and explained each and every aspects of in detail. Even there are full catalogs available to choose and pick the materials. I would say one stop solution for all your interior needs.

They are making people fool of keeping office or experience center in such a big building etc., They dont generally attend your call once after you pay them your hard earned money. They are keeping their factory at Karnataka not in TN which further delayed my work due to Karnataka shut down out of Covid19. The management dont have other plans or alternative ideas to do it and they have kept my 1.5L in their account without returning or atleast partial amount back to me since the work has kept on hold. They dont own the ownership and very poor values too. They dont understand customer pain points. Clients like us reaching out to brands like this and getting fooled. Great lesson for me! I never ever recommend your services to any of my friends or families. Good bye LivSpace!

I knew someone working at Livspace and that’s how I chose them for my home interiors.I had three project managers, before the project could get completed. Interactions with them were good and all this happened during the pandemic so everybody had their own problems. In spite of all that, I was able to communicate with the team. Whoever took over the project, took all the details and made sure that the work was done.I like the touch and finish of everything that Livspace has done. Everything is actually nice, the woodwork is great and the designs are flawless. I like how the colours have turned out and the way the doors open and close.I think at a corporate level Livspace is doing great but when it comes down to the employees, I feel like there should be better coordination. If there is a delay, I’m having to call and find out the reason for it. They should improve upon their communication.

The experience at Livspace today was great for me, their presentation for our home was perfect and they just have the best stuff. We were given the right information and Mr.Thameem took good care of us. We have not booked them yet, but that is a work in progress and they already have made a great impression on us. Fingers crossed.

Rahman was very helpful in organising the repair and replacements of interiors.

We engaged them for our interior work for 5-6 months, but they werent able to share quotation or do a price match. Escalation doesnt work as expected and we literally have to wait for them to respond or serve, even after we pay the money. They arent worried about losing customers to competitors. They work the way they want; not to satisfy customer needs.

Livsapce is one of the worst Interiors in chennai. They are not punctual and not trust worthy. They scheduled a meeting at Livspace center with the project manager to discuss about the completion time of time. He wasnt came and I waited more than an hour and they havent informed me that he is not coming today. I have decided to quit the project but they are not ready to refund my booking amount eventhough I am not satisfied with their way of approach.They are not aware about the customer satisfaction. Cost also very high. Please dont choose this interior. They are deleting my negative reviews from Instagram. Worst interior.

When was the last time you punched your fists to the wall? Invite Livespace to design your dream home and believe me - you will get to do that exercise for a lifetime. My horrendous journey with Livspace started way back in Nov 2018. Since then its been a horrific journey. Right from designing, execution, implementing and everything in between is a blunder. I failed to recognize the early signs of their pathetic execution skills which has now led me to write this scathing review.1) Workers never turn up on time. Infact even after the work begun no one turned up for almost a week. They lie on the phone but when to go to the site to verify no one will be there.2) They took 3+ months for the handover. Even after handover its a horrible scene. The workmanship & aesthetics are all messed up. I have attached a few photos. This is how it is after handing over. (There are many photos but just posted a few)3) They had debris thrown around everywhere. I was sick & tired of following up so i took the initiative and cleaned up most of it.4) The designer changed the color patterns of the entire woodwork. I was stunned. We had chosen purple and lo & behold - It was Red.5) We were unable to install ACs because of their poor measurement skills. I had to get a part of the false ceiling chipped off inorder for the ACs to be installed. (3 rooms)6) They missed on installing the drawers in our study units.7) They covered up the main switch sockets because of which i had great difficulty in setting up the DTH/ISP. Had to cut off those parts to get the electrical work done.@Livspace Chennai is a brand that you never ever ever want to partner with. Once they get your payments, everyone vanishes into thin air.I had infact written an email to their Founder/CEO - Ramkumar. Even then it was futile. Im now considering to take this up legally for the unfinished work, poor workmanship and the mental anguish that they have caused me.I will regret every second for the rest of my life for choosing @Livspace Chennai. Utterly an inefficient teamPlease go for promising brands like Homelane or Design Cafe. Unlike Livspace, these guys are more sensitive towards their customers.

Personalized service, extremely patient, and absolutely willing to help out.Its a great place to visit for anyone wanting to do up the interiors of their home. Absolute value.
