Bought 25 metres of Speaker cable and after reaching home, when i measured it was just 20 metres. I purchased yesterday and it was the last day before the lockdown and hence could not check due to the crowd. Need to return it back after the lockdown is over. Will make it 5 star if they agree to it.

I just enquired the price of JBL GO2 speaker. They said 2400. On Amazon its 1900. So if the seller in Amazon is making a profit of say 20%. Mency is making a profit of 60%. So unless you want the product immediately I would stay away from local shops like these and opt for online.

All kinds of electronic stuff will be avaialble. Staff knows their stuff. But billing is not something that good. We asked for 25 rs discount and they gave 50 rs in the bill but 25 while billing. Not a good move for 25 rs.. but otherwise location and all are good compared to other shops

Nice collection of electronic items. These days people have stopped selling minor electronic internal parts, but they sell that too to some extent. It right on the taramani roads on the service road.

Horrible experiences, not to be confused with Mercy Electronics. Though I did purchase a number of items from them due to its proximity to my parents home, I suggest drive a bit more to Thuraipakkam to Mercy for a much better experience. The owner of Mency is particularly rude and that too if you are returning with a defective item. A computer fan went kaput when it was switched on the first time and the explanation offered by him was ridiculous. I have stayed away from this store ever since. I have had a couple of similar experiences in the past too. Mency is obviously riding on the success of Mercy. Make sure you go to the right place. Mercy has better prices and their customer service has also been way much better.

Service must be improved. I bought net gear Wifi router and because of some issue it was not working. I lost the bill and I went there and asked for duplicate bill they said owner is not here when he comes we will provide you. I went 2 times day after the other day they said the same reason. After that I bought one new router but the not working one had warranty for around 5 months.If they could have given me the bill could have claimed the warranty.
