Doest seem to be reliance at all. Had back to back worst experience here. First for refrigerator were they said they can deliver after measuring the passage to my home and then they changed saying that they cannot deliver after eating all my time. But same fridge was delivered to me without disturbing the package via the same passage by other dealer.Second for ac. More that a week for installation and no response or updates from central customer service or showroom. Everyday the same statement. it will be done today for entire week. Worst...

Irritating store. No one will attend to you. Went there two times recently to buy laptop and headset. Both time pathetic experience. No sales man or sales woman will attend to you even after calling multiple times. Even if they come, they will disappear leaving you to search again. I also dont understand why billing process takes too much time for them. They will make you wait , wait and wait . Looks like their sales persons dont bother to sell anything. Never gonna go there again and will not suggest.

Prompt service. Had to wait a bit not because of crowd but because of bad condition devices that are available with the store for activation. Service personnel were good to provide the service I was looking for. Certain devices are not available for display which makes the buying experience on lower side.

Pathetic after sales service.I have brought AC on 23rd May and was told by sales team that delivery and installation will be completed within 4 days of purchase. AC was delivered after 2 days but installation team has not come till date.
