Ok place. You will get unpacked original pieces mostly latest models, The thing I liked is - they didnt create a fuss about the price like other shops. When I asked about the final price of washing machine they directly gave their final price which was lower than few other stores. Other stores they first reduce slightly, upon bargaining little more, little more on talking with manager, no such fuss here. After sales service though its usually with the brands we buy, they dont help much apart from giving brand wise service numbers.

VERY WORST EXPERIENCE! They dont have good relationship with Companies such as Hitachi, LG...I bought a Hitachi A/c from Chandra Traders for Rs.34000. They came & installed on the next day. But, A/c not working from day one. I called Customer care & Chandra Traders several times to fix the problem in the A/c. They both blame each other & no one ready to come & fix the issue. Finally I came to know that Chandar Traders & Companies dont have tie-up & business relationship. They dont care about the suffering Customers.Two Mistakes I did while I bought the A/c: 1. Buying Hitachi A/c. 2. Buying from Chandra Traders.
