Worst shop ever! Zero after sale support. Purchased an A/C on 27-Dec-2020. The sales rep convinced us to buy a different brand than the one we actually planned to buy. AC not working from day1. So far 15-16 technician visits within 2 months and issue still exists. Now I have a case logged with National Consumer Care. 40 thousand rupees wasted in this shop. Hope this review helps someone to avoid purchasing from this shop.

Worst experience..I request customer please dont prefer this showroom at any cost...!!!!!...I bought Daikin Ac, Kent Water Purifier, Venus water heater, LED TV and Grinder almost products for 1lac from here on march 2020 before lockdown. During purchase we confirmed the showroom manager that due to COVID we dont want to install them now considering safety as priority. Showroom manager confirmed the same and requested to do installation within 1 year. After confirming the same we bought all the products . Now Janauary 2021 we called them and asked for AC installation. They answered in rude way that we cant do installation and asking us to pay money for the installation. No proper response and disconnecting the calls .. Not worth for single start also

I had purchase sony LED, whirlpool W/M, whirlpool fridge together on 17-06-2020 . Before purchasing i clearly asked that the delivery n installation should be happened on next day. Mr.babu have done a good job for W/M,fridge both have installed as they promise but the guy name is Vijay (sony LED promoter) well behaved during purchase but after purchasing he has not ready to attend my call , not booked for installation whenever I call telling that i am busy, meeting and while explaining about TV i have asked him that USB must be support for the TV , he told that samsung n LG wont support some formats but SONY will support all the video formats. I havent open the LED box till day before yesterday as per the sony service person told i opened the box n checked with the pen drive even MP4 video also not supported.. how pathetic reply from the VIjay i called him regarding format still he is on meeting ,busy and when I ask him thru whatsapp simply replying wait. I dont know how one reputed retailer educating your staffs to behave like this. I was also working in number of retails . Without customers satisfaction you people cant survive .. worst experience from SATHYA store.. for an urgency basis i have visited the showroom and bought everything . I need the solution for my TV now. I hope you people wont make me to take next step.

We went there to look for LG TV, but they insisted us to buy SONY. They can give their suggestions, but they shouldnt press a customer. Gone are the days where Sony beats all, in fact LG sells the OLED panels to SONY, and to all.
