Dont believe. Beacuse sekaran peoples are not aware about constructions. In woodrow manor flats, there are 62 houses. But there is no enough drainage facilities. We suffered lot. So people dont beliew them. Dont be a fool at initial stage. They commited lot but did only few things.

Sekaran construction is mainly for budget people, rates are reasonable, need to bargain with them, other than that its fine
