One of the best place within City with fresh Air and Budget rent within City Range. I am a tenant there now and the place is secured. Water springs are not in 20 feet now because of Chennai water scarcity. Our owners dig a bore well to fix the issue. Peaceful living within city range. I Love my Home!!!

This place is good so far, as the ground water here is accessible in just 20feet bore, am for sure within city limits this is a very good place to live. People here are really good and its not of typical apartment mindset people.. these people gel with everyone within their community... Safe and secure place for someone with old parents and young kids

The Layout had a slow start in terms of development, but gradually picked up over a period of time. Blocks range from independent Villas to 4-sharing. The local councilor and mla are in bad terms which has resulted in the poor infrastructure for this place. There is no drainage facility and the roads havent been laid.As this Layout is right across the maduravoil flyover, there is vehicle noise all day and night and lot of dust accumulation.Ground water is salty but is accessible at 30 feet.The realestate guy who did this project went broke after this project and hence some of the house are semi finished.There are plenty of houses in the Colony that are still unsold.Price range between 40 to 50 lakh.The security is good.Rent between 9k to 15k
