I was renting there in B11-5 and the Owner completly taken our advance amount in the name of whitewash and repair ,the owner lady was very rude who is residing in US ,we had complained in association but no use , no whitewash was down when the next tenant came in and no repair was done when we enquired and no bill was also provided for repairs or whitewash we stayed ther only for a year and (PL )dont ever go for renting in this flat ,we lost our advance to them .

The facilities are nice and the association does a good job on maintenance. The gym could improve with some more equipment but overall not bad. The locality does get kinda boring often but hey at least its peaceful and theres constant current and water supply.Ps: check out these sick shots from my bedroom window

I regret renting out here, the association is very difficult to deal with and authoritarian. They rule like the building is their little kingdom and with a tight fist. Absolutely nothing is questionable when laid down by them. Also if you would love yourself some fear mongering , paranoia, worry and the likes you have found your wonderland!!

This is not place to rent . Extreme bias between owners and renters. We have been nothing short of harassed through the lockdown.

Awesome Apartment, awesome facilities, You do not need to expect anymore thing here. Affordable locality to live after retirement. Nothing bad. 24 hrs maintainance service available here.

We moved in to Ruby Elite with so much expectations but much is desired to be done.!! The fully equipped gym has not been opened to occupants yet even after two months, theres noise pollution with sewage collecting truck clearing the septic tank each and everyday throughout the day causing such a nuisance.. poor housekeeping.. no BSNL phone/BB connection because of connectivity problem, so on and so forth. Having said that this indeed a prime apartment complex in an excellent location and we love being here..

Nice Place

Not a good living place for friendly people. Very few will smile and speak to neighbours. A typical strange lonely living. Have enough of facilities, but the people who living like a machine (work - eat - sleep and again repeat) can live here.

High class apartments with excellent access to all major locations. Nearby Bus Stops, Auto Stand, Railway Station and Airport.
