Nice place to stay as a tenant with family. U will get facilities like gym, swimming pool, RO water , grocery shop and other required facilities as well, School are also nearby. Overall a nice place to stay as family

I had to see my patient on covid times in this appartment during lockdown.Though being a certified doctor, my patient had to contact his lawyer to convince the association to let me in during lockdown for his health care even after a great fight with the maintainance association.Many thefts happen in the flat even though securities are there.You dont get water supply at midnights.

The apartments are spacious and club house is a awesome and car parking facility is also provided.

Good location of rooms & cottages... Sea view cottages are the best.. Food options are also good.. Reasonable prices...only drawback is the games / sports section ( if u wud want to use it .) Mostly old equipments with pretty ordinary quality...

Its an apartment complex with around 500 houses that is really good for families. A lot of good schools are nearby. However, transport is a little bit of a problem.

This flats are not good.almost all the blocks are affected by termites.and maintance is very very poor.terrace lights are almost damaged.all building blocks exterior paint faded.i know all this personally because I am staying here.if I was in rent I would have vacated within 2..3 days.
