The interior of the flats are good, the rusty pipes and worn-out paints of the building gives bad vibe for families to rent/lease/buy. The management/association should properly maintain the exterior of the building too.

Wonderful and decent place to live.

Good apartment complex. Aesthetically built houses with good parking facilities and play area for children. CCTV coverage with security at the gates. Good place to live.

Well and nice spacious apartment back to velammal main school.. Usually slightly crowded due to school timings..
