I stayed here with my friends few months really osm , inner garden and gym maintained superb , such an calm place to sit and talk with friends ....good environment and good space to park vehicle 😉

A nice apartment complex with all basic amenities inside for a gated community. Has a good atrium kind of open space at the centre.May be because of this design, the air flow is minimal and hence ventilation is a con. Since, it located inside, access to this place from the main roads are to be improved.

It is a nice place to stay for the person who are working in IT industry near Guindy.Ye it is but far but there is means of communication, what is more tedious part is to walk for 2km till you get share auto.Price for 2bhk is 13.5k with 2k maintenance per month.Parking place is available.

An apartment with good amenities maintained properly and periodically. The roads to this place is good now and has been improved. Only drawback is the water quality and that will get resolved soon due to the metro project.

This is a clean locality apartments with adequate facilities......located at outskirts of chennai

If you ar looking for rented home at this place, be careful.Pros:1- Spacious apartmentsCons:1- No proper approach roads (if you have own vehicles, it will be good)2- Most of the time Uber/Ola drivers will cancel your trip, stating the road conditions.3- Very poor support/system/process. You will struggle in starting from shifting in to getting out.4- Very poor water quality5- They will ask for 1500 enrollment charge to add you to the WhatsApp group. Even after 1 month of payment I am not added to it.Limiting the details here.Overall worst experience.

I have been here many time to visit and book apartment but not booked yet...sales executives talking lot about amenities but I couldnt find atleast one..seems there is a huge water problem ..I came to know about water problem from the recent new residents.Also near areas has lots of water logging problem..but overall its a good place where u can invest Ur money (invest in terms of location) ..perumbakkam is a growing place where you will get return for your money...think 10, 15 time before you book this property.

A good society but the experience could have been better if proper transportation facilities are there, Theres only one road connecting to the society which is in okay condition that makes it inconvenient in getting cabs or delivery of goods.

Started living along with my family. Everything is good except the water quality.

There is no proper approach for this society. You have to pass thru a slum which has a 15 feet road :-|. Water quality is not soo good. The taps got rusted in an years time
