The place was inside a complex near Alsa mall. Parking is available. Service wise its good. I visited to replace my boat headset. I got it in a week. You can contact them over WhatsApp. Invoice is mandatory. Apart from boat, many brand services also done here.

Went directly for warranty claim - They informed that Cell Tech is not dealing with Boat products anymore

They arent picking the call and a number doesnt work at all.I had to go directly there in Chennai traffic from Sub Urban area to avail services.But,They didnt properly respond me regarding my Boat Bluetooth headset warranty.
