I realy wasted my money by investing in MSF. There is no road, there is no compound, our area looks like a mini jungle, till today we did not get CMDA. We dont have MSF own way to enter inside MS garden. As committed, they have not provided the amenities till today. after selling the land no one pic phone our call even. We been fooled by them. 10 times we approached for CMDA, MSF continuesly post pounding the dates. Buyers, think twice before step in. our money is not easy money.

Firstly when we contact them, happy with the response of the persons & management is good and friendly in ms foundation, we visited the sight and the place is eco friendly with all amenities and well developed environment, with good water facility, price is also acceptable as its good to buy it in a well good residential area, already 60-90 families living, so we get the belief to buy & live in a good & safe surrounding.

We have been dealing with MS Foundations for the past 8 years for our investments.We have bought a villa in Mangadu as well as in Poonamalle. On our satisfaction of their construction and support, our relatives voluntarily invested in their gated community projects seeing us happy.My brother who is in uk also invested in Outer ring project where you feel like your home town with abundant and potable water. On seeing him his colleagues and friends also invested in the same project.One thing is, there are only few promoters in this field for years they are one among them with reasonable price, gated community projects inside city limits and quality construction. Strongly recommend them.
