As a customer, I need to come out with positives and negatives of VetHC. As with any company, even VetHC has it goods and bads.The good things:*They offer home sample collection which is appreciable. Makes it hassle free for us to get these blood tests done for our pets.*As for the pricing, the tests are reasonably priced. Not very expensive.*Report is also delivered the same day which is again great.Now lets get to some things which I feel you can improve. And this is strictly my opinion and experience.* ₹300 for sample collection seemed a little expensive. I have ordered for blood tests (for humans) from many labs and lab test service providers, the service is offered for free. But I understand this is for animals and you may have your challenges. Compared to what you charged me for the tests (which was reasonable), ₹300 for home pick up seemed a bit expensive for sure.*I understand you are coming into a dogs territory and you expect us to handle the dog. Fine. This is totally acceptable in case of pet dogs which have been raised at home. In our case, for the dog you came....I would like to tell you, the dog is very old and he is a rescue. So the dog himself is not in his territory. We knew the dog only as much as you did. Prior information or a disclaimer on what you expect from us would help us way better.*This one is the BIGGEST NEGATIVE of all. Everytime I cant keep begging my veterinarian to call you up and inform you what tests need to be done. I need to know if my dog is healthy and am paying for it, so I dont understand why you expect a veterinarian to inform you. Whenever I need to know whether am healthy or not, I pick up my phone and select a package and get the tests done. Reports will clearly tell me whether am healthy or not, if there are doubts anyway I will consult a doctor. Thats the case with animals too. You definitely need to work on this point.Kindly consider all the above said points and the very purpose of writing this is to let you know what to keep up and what to improve. Thank you.

Reached out for blood and X-ray, have to call them for multiple times always get response someone will call back but no one will give you a call. Quite expensive on cost they will never provide any receipt for the amount collected. Fortunately I got reports after multiple follow up. I don’t recommend for any emergency situation and looking for prompt and timely response.
