They provide best services to your best pets 😍 I felt like the basic pet service they provided worth my money. Talk to the experts and understand the process you pets are going to undergo then so the service that will give you much satisfaction, you have to wait while your pet is being groomed you cannot see the grooming process so being patient at those time are very much required, you can even go out of the pet saloon and explore the near by shops, there you will get good snack and juice, try to call and book before going else you have to wait for long time which eventually creates frustration. All together its a good place for pet grooming.

Lot of people in Chennai told 1500 just to cut the hair of my dog. He was not feeling well, doctor adviced to take the hair off. Here the place is neat and people were friendly. They removed all the hair on my dog and cleaned his ears and clipped the nails for 1000/- worth it. Give it a try!

Great place to purchase pet supplies. Good range of high quality imported dog foods. Skilled groomers also available here. Been purchasing farmina dog food from them for the past 6 months. Very responsive and quick delivery of the product.

Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, it was tough to get dog food for the 20 strays I feed. But thankfully I was able to reach Surya who delivered me 20 Kgs of Drools dog food within one hour. Thank you so much for all the efforts for the voiceless.

The place was filled with ambience and professionals. Felt at ease to leave our pet under their grooming. Happy to hear that new branch to be launched at Mylapore. Keep going guys.

I might give more stars of possible.They give perfect answers to any of ur doubts aboit dogs. I dont know if my pet is happy about this place , but i am in love with it. They helped my pet to change a lot, not only in looks but also diet wise. Thanks to the team for taking care of my pet.

Check ur pet after the bath, tick removal treatment. Still dirty. My pet needed another bath..

The all new and stylish pet shop

The service was nice but not satisfactory. The way they treated my dog was little harsh.they pulled my puppy leg harshly and told me to be out. When I came again they were rough handling him.he is a puppy still and dogs are innocent creatures they should be treated with love. Overall a very bad experience for me and my puppy.

We had to leave our 11 months old beagle for 2 days as we were going out of station. On day 2, we were told that our doggie is very dull and anxious and we were told to collect as soon as we come back. Our train reached at 10.40pm. We called the care taker and he told us we can come and collect. When we went there he dont answer the call nor woke up for the calling bell. After about 30mins, we called the alternative number and the person who spoke just told us to leave as they wont hand over the dogs after 6pm. Inspite of me telling that we called the person in charge before coming, the reply was rude. And the overall care was also bad. We were told that the dog has been kept in a separate room the charge of which was 1000rs per day. But after all this the care taker fellow got only 600₹/day, which means the previous charges were false. We regret leaving our puppy. It has given us both a traumatic experience.

As we were asked to wait in the lobby when they were cutting our dogs hair, we gave them specific instruction to get our consent before cutting his hair around the shoulder, nape and head, which they did not do. Also we had given explicit instructions to not cut his whiskers which they did. Such poor delivery and utterly disappointed.
