Worst company in BPO industry, no job safety for employees, there is no fixed policy for this company whenever they need as per their need they will change company policy, company big drawback is no plan of work and communication with higher level management, always this company will depend on employees salary. Please dont wast your career by joining in this company 🙏 based on my experience.

Worst experience. I have attended the interview on 2nd Nov 2020 for email chat process. I have attended the test for 3 days. But till now they didnt informed the interview status. They are disconnecting the call and not attending it. There is no response from the HR named as Priyanka..

Hi friends, as said by others please pack your lunch and even dinner before going to interview in teleperformance. Really lazy HRs. I went seeing the advertisement online in a name of one HR, he is not available. So my resume is handed over to other HR. He didnt even call my name even after informing about this and waited more than 4 hours. Later i went directly and met him. Got selected 2 rounds and asked to come for the other day for 2 more rounds. Next day the team lead for the final selected. Iam asked not to wait because its already 9pm. The hr didnt have the courtesy to call me whether iam selected or not. Later after many calls they attend the call and confirmed i got selected and asked to come for aptitude test. The next day after the aptitude test, got selected and asked my details. Then he informed that the cab will not come to my address and the hr confirmed he will call me within saturday to confirm about it. Today is Monday, gonna over.U people are HRs not God. Think this in your mind. You people are wasting our time. For 3 days, completely waste. U people will surely come to know about time and its use..Please attend the call, though in landline someone is calling for thier hope or life...

Employees are the backbone of any company. This company doesnt know that thing. They Dont protect employees. And they will treat you like slaves. Worst place to waste your worth. Very less salaries compared to all small companies and very high pressure. They never give incentives as per commitment. If you want growth, stay there for atleast 8 to 10 years. But pls dont expect more salary. If you are going for interview, better go with lunch box and something for dinner aswell bcoz it will take at least a full day.

Had worst experience in interview, made me wait till 9 pm. Told I got selected but didnt tell joining date. Very rude behaviour of HR who disconnected call while speaking, when I called to confirm my joining date. All this for a salary of 12.5 k per month. Thanks a lot for not confirming. Now I got job in Wipro with good salary these teleperformance people waste the time of candidates by conducting interviews... Waste of time to attend interview

If u going for interview pls pack ur lunch and go. 11am-10pm . But the time u gonna interact is only 30 mins. Wait from 11am to 2pm ,10 mins with HR , wait from 2.15pm -6pm , 10 mins typing test for non voice/ communication test for voice in call.6.15pm-8.15pm waiting time. If selected ,third round with manager provided with application.if not u will be rejected. Whatever the results it will take minimum 9pm. Better go with recommendations from any HR. THN ONLY U WILL GET SELECTED!!!! Btw salary s 7k

A company kept daily recruitment because they dont complete their interview process within a day... They conduct only one round a day and then next to be postponed on another.. or else they just shortlisted only a few to process all others rounds in a day... So that others who r not selected 1ly keep looking their face to spent a day

This BPO name has been changed to TELEPERFORMANCE. It is situated in ambit IT park ambattur ind estate. I dont want to comment on their service as individual perception varies.

This is not an Mnc... They dont have a standard at all....they will make you wait outside for hours since they cant accommodate people inside... They will conduct rounds and rounds of interview and wont inform you about the result and no feedback will be given either... Appaulling..Thats not the way to run a corporate company.... Well they are not a corporate company.... Its doenst matter ...All the best for anyone who wants to got interview there...

They use to hire people who are under graduate and has most arrears its kind of trapping people where they cant escape 8k/month salary package was given to my friend who had arrears this is so bad.
