Good IT Park with lot of Companies. Ample parking space. More convenient with public transportation. Food Court is Nice place to hangout at evening time with reasonable rates, well maintained clean seats. Even you can find very tasty food outside of the gate with low prices. Well security.

Good ..My only concern was wet washroom.The washers didnt work properly.No tissues... Clean but not much.. also food was costly to afford for All.. no doubt it was hygienic but too costly

Good place to work. You have day care and food court. Even you bring your family to food court as it allows outsiders as well. Lot of bpo companies. Quick accessible to near by bus stop. And frequent share auto facilties available. Many car showrooms are available next to it.

Great IT park in the ambattur zone.Many MNCs and its offices located here.Huge construction but they keep very clean and security screening system also good..

Good:1. Hub for many IT companies in Chennai.2. Located in Ambattur, a bit far away from city center.3. One of the fastest elevators that you will find.4. Ample parking for office goers.5. Chennai local train station is far away.6. A few eateries @ ground floor for office goers.7. Good views from higher floors.Bad:1. People smoking outside.2. Toilets are usually clean.3. Most of the time this place will be crowdy, outsiders also allowed to eat inside the Ambit canteen. Need to improve the roads by enlarging in size.needs more cleanliness.

Very good infrastructure inside of the park.Keeping good security at main gate and inside of the park. Fire & safety provisions are very good inside all floors and out side also. Very good two wheeler parking in basement of the park. Lift facility available for all the floors.

Amazing IT Park for all corporate companies. Except employees they charge parking fee to everyone who visits for interview. The rate rises hour by hour, its better to park outside the Park.

Too hot area. Inside building ground floor food court food is worst and costly. Company canteens are good

A decent IT park.. The security is awesome.. they dont care who sits with you on ur two/four wheeler and enters the IT park.. but are very strict of u tailgating... 😅

Our extended team works here. Nice place, tight security, we havr ATMs inside, plus a food court. Stinky lift lobby for some reason lets down the whole experience. May be the builder needs to look at it.

It is a very good corporate office.enterance checking and inside office very good.but registration process took a long time.then you should tell your password to one security person.ok but very secure .also food is a very good.they well maintained their inside every place

Very busy tech park with no much space for driving and restaurant variety is very very less. Only choice is the food court. Parking the two wheeler in the open space is another problem here. Very poor. Rainy season are very problematic. Even dlf has some set of rules for liberal actions of staff. But this place is something very small space with lot of rules and regulations.
