Poor service centre, does not handle complains in car properly, I serviced my car 2 months back complaining about sound and wobbling effect, they just did a wheel balance and sent and charged a huge amount overall. But immediately my tyre got burst . They cant identify the issues properly .highly unsatisfied

One of the worst service center I have ever visited.Employees Lack in skills as well as being responsible.Recently I serviced my Car Nissan Terrano and they had spoiled everything. After servicing, Car was worse than before, But I was charged around Rs. 32K. Irresponsible technicians had broken Cars gear shifting knob. And When I asked about it, They wanted me to pay 4K more to get it replaced.They dont even inspect the vehicle and write vague reports.Such a world class brand like Nissan couldnt compete at Indian Market because of such service partners.

Bt when it comes to care and requires any assistance from Nissan team they really don’t care ..Same am struggling with my navigation settings in my car ... a store mgr Mr Satishwaran Insures every day by sending a person to tune the settingsHowever now as per the store mgr Mr satiwarn say .. the system navigation was done during the purchase .. now not possible ..🙄Seriouly , it’s a big loss of customers who belives in Nissan brand the jubilant show room where they in giving great service
