The waiting time is really way too much. There are 5 physical counters available, but theyre only 2 representatives attending the customers. There are more than 15 customers waiting in an average. Samsung/TVS should consider the wait time for every customer for customer satisfaction.

Quick help & nice service by the team... Nice customer service compared to centre in Chrompet(They are worst). I got my screen replaced in 2 hrs.. Go by 10, so you can get same delivery if part available.... Pls avoid centre in chrompet....

Excellent service from tvs Electronics.I request my thermal printer driver in morning within a hour they call back solve my problem.. Tha next they again they call back and ask any problems in printer. How its working.. Great service by tvs.DINESH THE SERVICE ENGINEER. working superb. And they spoke very polite and they give nice explaining..

They are the authorised service centre for Samsung mobile and mobile accessories. Nice place, good ambience, people answered politely. They gave a good solution. Now it is working from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. only. Because of government lockdown rule.

Bad service...my mobile is still in warranty and i have a charging issue.. when i took it to theae ppl.. they just said that there us a water marking so i need to pay 11k for mother board where my mibilenis only 18k... They make sure u pay them whatever reason u go to them even it is in warrenty...they dont repair they just replace the entire board... Guys replacement beven we can do it.... Atlast i gave to out side shop and my mobile was ready just by spending 1000 rupees.....

Store is closed an there is no notification of it in samsung service centre list. In fact it is shown as open

Poorly managed service center, lot of difference in timing they work 11Am to 1PM actual and the working g time mentioned in the website. We have to wait 2 to 3 hour to get attend your phone and the servicing time vary 1 week to 10 days

Worst communication by them during lock down open period shop opens i have given my charger for replace they will not take cls wethere product get ready r not they will never inform to customer worst service.

Guy at reception says it will take one hour to check the battery condition of Samsung Galaxy S6 edge. Since it’s 5:30 pm he is not even ready to take token.. he is trying to send us back

Staff takes very long time to resolve the query. N only two staffs are available.

Service is worst i booked appointment but they told me to wait and come on line.but another person booked appoinment like me they actually they sent him first that too he came after me
