This place has an awesome ambience, the kind of calm and blissful atmosphere that takes care of the external requirement.For your internal healing, just follow the Guru. Shes someone who never settles until you achieve your desired results. The way the classes goes beyond the scheduled 1 hour or the additional workouts that she provides each day is something outstanding. Mind you - each day is a different routine here.One has to feel it to believe it!

Rachana is a true blessing. We’re very lucky to have found her. My mother is 48 years old and was suffering from severe neck and back pain but after attending just one month of Rachana’s morning sessions, she is able to sleep like a baby now. I’ll be eternally grateful to Rachana for helping my mother in regaining her youth. And I’d strongly recommend her classes to anyone who wants to switch to a healthier lifestyle. Yoga Instructor Rachana is very good at what she does!! I was having Insomnia post lock down and due to the breathing practices which was practiced during the sessions, sleeplessness problem has been improved a lot lately. She is a professional yet kind yoga guru one would ask for!! Daily different sets of pranayamas, asanas and kriyas have been taught. Among very few yoga instructor practices - faceyoga , shes one among the few. I had a chance to visit the Yoga Studio, I just love how much peace it brings inside me just by seing the place itself. Lucky on those people who could enjoy the experience of the ambiance and make most out of it. Happy to be connected with Thivas Yoga Studio and Rachana :)

I can experienced the difference after doing yoga and of course thivas yoga is best place to learn yoga . .when I approached my yoga guru rachana I was over weighted .after doing yoga I reduced some weight and most important I can feel my inner peace ...such a kind person...your smile and words gives us positive energy ... Have been looking for a yoga class for a while in and around Porur, Mugalivakkam and Madanandapuram.....tried a few but was not satisfied with the session and not a beginner friendly. Joined Thivas studio with lot of hesitation and finally I am very happy making the right choice. Very supportive and professional teaching.... you are not just one among in group .... you are given the required attention irrespective of direct or remote session... no difference....madam makes you to go beyond what you believe...you get more interest to learn ....definitely and highly recommended.... if you are beginner and want to reap the benefits of yoga and looking for some real yoga ... here you go .👍 proud student

I have joined for online Yoga session and I am very happy about my decision. Yoga helps me in many ways, main one is emotional balance. Within one month , I can observe the way I am emotionally strong and peaceful. Starting day with cheerful persons is a bliss and I found Chitra akka. She always cheerful, cool and always pushes for that one extra step. She plans Yoga such that balances in all aspects. Eye Yoga,face Yoga, abs asanas,standing asanas,breathing asanas and Suryanamaskaras etc will be covered along with new challenges every week. One thing I look forward to next day is doing Yoga with Rachana akka. She always coorects us posture and guides well in doing asanas. Along with Yoga, she always shares health tips which can be helpful. Thank You akka.

Thivas is the best place to do yoga 🧘‍♀️.. very peaceful and calm , getting only good vibes during and after the session..she has very good schedule which helps most of the issues we have both in mind and body. In fact there is a lot which prevents..She gives remedies during and post session inside if anyone feels discomfort, very encouraging to do next level..Will be missing yoga on weekends, that much in love with yoga in thivas.

Rachana Ma Yoga guru.. her yoga sessions are simply awesome!! She is energetic and her motivation makes me to atten daily. I love to do cycling after yoga sessions my cycling performance got improved and I faced mobility restrictions in my legs due to WFH. Attending daily session got relieved from all pain. I strongly recommend.

Its been almost 5 months since me and my mom joined thivas yoga studio. One of the best decision made ever. Chithra has been very sweet and kind from day 1. Shes full of positivity and spreads it to everyone around her.Since its a combination of online and offline class, it would b very hard to focus on everyone at every tym but she handles it with ease and corrects us on regular basis without interrupting the ongoing class. She shares a lot of positive and health tips for body and mind as well. Such dedicating and hardworking mentor.Personally, I have improved a lot on my breathing, flexibility and mental health. I have come down almost 5 kgs with lot of inch loss. I always feel refreshed and relaxed physically and mentally after performing yoga. Would recommend them 100%. Blessed to experience such amazing effects of yoga through this studio❤️

I have been doing yoga for the past couple of months with Thivas yoga studio through their online sessions, Yoga guru Rachana is a thorough professional and pays attention to each individual so one is never felt left out. The sessions for each day across the week are also well devised to cover your full body flexibility. I have personally seen differences after starting to practise yoga here. I have entered into The Best yoga centre. Thou I had done few asanas during school days I had alot of confusion how its going to work on me now.My experience - My guru jii Rachana aka Chithra told u will be fine after 3 months of regular classes.Now I have just completed 2 months in TYS I have lost 4 kg without any diet restrictions and extra workouts 🙂.My body shape has setin slightly.she made me to push myself to do perfectly and now I feel flexibility in my body than before.She make our body and soul as one and pure with different yoga tecniques🥰 she teaches and she does along with us so that we can learn from seeing her.She is ready to clear our doubts even personally via msgs/calls. I have attended both direct/online classes she takes care of her both batches simultaneously with a pleasant smile 😁and patience.TYS is not like other yoga centres where here guru jii has a multiple asanas/kriyas/poweryoga techn/breathing exercises/abs workouts all together from Monday to FridayShe concentrates on all muscles from head to toe inclusive of eyes and skin 🌞

The most awesome yoga studio which I have never seen.She also includes face yoga on every Friday.Getting blind results ❤️. In just 3 months.And it has a awesome atmosphere.Doing yoga in a open place is really really good for health. Getting a lot of positive vibes there.They also include kundalini meditation in a month. I am posting this with my own experience. I took up yoga class on a 90 day challenge with a few needs and primary goals1 Reduce my belly fat2. Sinusitis issue3. Shoulder and neck painMy update after 30 days.To my surprise my waist size has been reduced from 44” to 38” with no diet regulations still I am enjoying my food. Weight is reduced by 3 KGEarly morning was always horrific due to sinus where in my nose would be blocked and I kept sneezing but now it has completely reduced and I am really relieved after suffering for almost 35 yrs.Neck pain and shoulder pain has completely vanishedThe benefits are excellent in addition I am feeling lighter and most importantly I feel fresh and relaxed at mind.Trust me “ Say no to medicine “ is by word true at Thivas. The instructor Chitra is well experienced and her niche technique in yoga gives greater results at shorter span. She is so welcoming that all your doubts can be cleared on a char.The studio is at its best surrounded by nature and fresh air which leaves you fresh in and out every time you visit for classes.Will update after 60 days. If you are searching for a place to keep yourself healthy and fit think no further Thivas is the right choice.

It was been Good n Realistic Experience in my lifetime , post my spinal Surgery in 2014 I lost my confidence level n put down lot of weight from 85 to 120+ . I thought life will be like this forever but there was sudden Change during this lockdown after I Met Thivas Yoga .Many people used to say try yoga it will give many benefits but I havent listened to it n not took any efforts last 5 yrs .I started this Yoga classes from may 1st week during that time was at 121 Kgs n I was very much worried how to sit down since it was been 5 yrs I sat down post my spinal surgery n pain n do classes . My Yoga Master have given good motivation n encouraged a lot on daily session which made me to sit on the floor for the whole session in few weeks n also put down weight in last 2 months around 12+ Kgs now at 108 kg .Also had very disturbed sleep n waking up time before yoga was very irregular due to work Pressure , during few classes I could see awesome feel of freshness on myself n Got up automatically by 5-6 am n gone to Sleep before 11pm daily . Which I cant even believe n before yoga I used take tablet for having a Sleep .Post started Doing yoga thru Thivas Yoga by Guru Mrs Rachana , I could feel fresh n Younger day by day on seeing weight loss , Flexibility n freshness during the whole day finally bringing Back me as New Born with Self Confidence .Thanks a lot once again to my Yoga Guru Mrs. Rachana , Keep motivating n bring back people like me who where in Lost Life Stage to a Greater Living 🙏🙏
