Everything about this gym is perfect from interior to equipment. They have the best trainers who will make you push yourself up. They also have Physiotherapist who also take proper care of the forms and stretches after the workout which makes you feel better and lighter after each workout . Highly recommended gym.

I liked the way the place is maintained and the trainers are so professional that we do not know how the time gets over. We feel like being there for some more time and do fitness. Absolutely a fantastic place.

One of best gym in Ambattur. Gym is equipped well with all latest hydraulic machines. Last but not least, master is really very soft nature, approachable and a very good trainer.

Despite the gym has good equipment facilities, it lacks supportive trainers and as many people reviewed the bathrooms arent clean and stinks. Trainers arent volunteering themselves to train the people.

Good Gym near Ambattur and above Reliance fresh, Ambience is good, Need to maintain bathrooms, Trainers are good and they help you when ever Required, If you opt for PT they support you all day, Nice equipments and accessories, Overall a good Gym for bodybuilding

The gym does not have a squat rack and the trainers teach some wierd form of squatting( quarter squats ) and absence of the squat rack is a big minus and they are so cheap that they never turn on the AC please dont join here its a big waste of your money.... And the smith machine is also not working properly... Please dont join this gym

Im a client from Collector nagar branch. I feel that the professionalism is lacking somewhere. The gym was closed in the month of May and we were told that it will be opened in the first week of August.We were told that we can make use of the moggapair branch until the opening of the collector nagar branch. I choose collector nagar branch because I felt it would be more convenient for me. I was okay to make compromises with my comfort zone just because you were about to bring a good change. Moggapair branch is a way too crowded and I dont even have a proper trainer to guide me. Ive asked them to make a proper work chart so that I can stick on to it but still there is no progress about it. We have paid you our hard earned money just to get a good service form your end. I dont understand why you people are lowering your standards. Im not here to make comparisons between the collector and moggapair branch but I dont feel comfortable working out in the moggapair branch . I dont blame anyone for this because it is totally my personal preference. You cant blame me too because I choose the collector nagar branch just because it fits my comfort.Adding on to that we dont get any updates about the reopening of the gym. Im glad about the initiative that you have taken to renovate the gym but when you are exceeding the stipulated time period it is your duty to intimate the clients about the progress that you are making.Even when an enquiry is made there is no proper response from the management which is totally humiliating.Holding onto your brand name that you have earned over the years is very much important.Poor management of the firm is totally responsible for this but they dont hold themselves accountable for what is happening.Because of this whole mess I couldnt maintain my fitness routine. Taking us for granted is totally unfair. Definitely I need an extension of my membership or better refund the money.

Saligramam gym was closed and sealed off by cmda.. been running behind these guys to get the annual fees paid back. all the employees bailed and this manager Deepak came to me begging to remove my comments about the gym on this page. Said it will be openeded by 1st oct or else owner agreed to pay back the clients.. as of now neither of these happened.. not responding to calls or messages.he even shared a lawyers number to discuss it further..a clear warning for those willing to join this gym. careful.. dont donate your hard earned money with them..moggapair is the main branch now as saligramam is no more..give the money back to the clients for what was promised and not fulfilled before consumer court gets involved and your other branches gets ransacked.

I like this gym. Its got a decent setup with a few good and friendly staff.
