I joined Sana Fitness in Sept 2018, now its been more than 1 year.Gym master help everyone for their sets and the thing I like about him that he knows what sets we are doing and what we did yesterday as well.He helped me to reduce neat about 5% body fat, still its more to go for me but I will surely recommend this gym if you want to reduce fat and or gain muscles.

Very nice place for the beginners like me. Getting 100% guidance for my workout. The instructor is very friendly and calm. He also knows Hindi. Would recommend it to everyone.
