Excellent facilities

While this place is ok to play badminton, the swimming pool is not maintained in great shape. They charge 200 rupees per hour. the toilets are stinking and the taps are broken and entire place is stinking. The shower heads are completely blocked and water does not come out. Also the shower taps are repeaired and no care is given to restore them in months... Will they fix these issues...Also the water has been giving a smell which is filled with fishy smell.... Guys, get to sort these out... You will be certainly better when you pay attenion to your customers needs and basic hygenie

Unfair practices by tournament organizersAcademy facilities are good, but pure beginner tournament organized in 21 Apr had too many unfair practices by the organizers. After league matches are done, and four teams are informed that they are in QF, other teams were told that they can go and then a new team is introduced. It was clear organizers wanted the new team in by hook or crook. New team was told that if they defeat any one of the four teams, then they are IN. A young team of a school boy and first year college boy was unfairly sent out to accommodate the new team.Smashbounce should review its policies and think what is good for them in the long run. These openly unfair practices will only bring bad name to them

Worst experience in tournament on 21st April.They started tournament with 2 pools, 8 teams in each pool. So we played 7 league matches before top 4 teams from each pool selected for quarter final.After officially declaring top 4 teams ( 3 eliminated teams left) , suddenly they introduced one new team in our pool and asked us to play one more league.New team had to play only 5 matches, whereas we have already played 7 matches and one more match we have to play with the new team.At the end of this, new team has won only 3 matches, already qualified teams have won 8, 7, 4, 4 matches.But the organiser decided the new team will play QF, one of the already qualified teams will be eliminated. That was totally unfair and unacceptable.Note - two police personnel were in the new and late entry team. That was very disappointing.Then we left unhappily, by that time similar problem occurred in other pool too... There was heated , unpleasant argument in air... Games supposedly should encourage sportsmanship...But this experience from smashbounce academy made me very unhappy.

Courts are good but lighting is bad because the lights are placed too close to the courts... one warning, never ever go there for any tournament because you would have to organize the matches yourself and also find some person to be a referee for the match...

Excellent coaching for badminton with international coaches from Malaysia and Indonesia

Every childs pace of learning is different.The swimming coaches do not understand this and pass unnecessary demotivating comments which hurts not only the child but the parent as well.Comparison with other kids who pick up fast will actually bring down the confidence level of the child.I as a parent was very much hurt and regret for having put my son in the summer training.
