Its covid time and here if you see they dnt have proper systems or enough scan rooms to take a scan, none of the staffs will work , i waited for 5 hours and in one hour they will take scan of 3 persons only, Very pathetic and poor service. Atleast by checking this review the management should take any steps to go with appointment basis or allocate more scan rooms

The only pro is ambience & staff behaviour.No value for our time, no proper queue maintanence, if you have some recommendations then allowed to jump the queue. Either manpower shortage or unskilled labourers. Doctors can stop recommending this scan center if they dont have capacity to handle the number of patients.

We meet the doctor in the hospital Mylapore, dr gave the scan india center go and do the scan. We reached in scan center by 2pm and we dont have lunch. They ask to pay the amount then we paid and told to wait for one hour, they told to go and have lunch, but we didt go because she is having Intestine pain. There was more crowd and finished the crowd for long time around 4 or 4.30 pm, then we asked them then the staff ask to wait for 10 mins, My wife is having intestine pain for long time.I am not happy with staff, they are enjoy ,speaking and not good behaviour.No value for our time, no proper queue maintanence, if you have some recommendations then allowed to jump the queue. They made us wait for 4 hours... We are the second person. Reached at 9.30.. shared the report at 1.30pm.. Full day office leave... Worst punctuality..Pls dont go if you are concerned about time.. They never bothered about making the pregnancy women to wait for half a day

Worst patient service, the doctor made us wait for nearly 1 hour in the scanning room inspite of her coming late already by 12.30 pm. I was waiting from 9.00 am. The doctor was busy with her phone calls most of the time. I had to miss my doctor appointment because of their improper careless behaviour. The scan center is too expensive for no reason the same scan is 1600 in all over tamilnadu but they charge 2800rs on top of these issues they made.

The primary issues is there is no sence of order. Most of the time it fells like patients are getting called randomly Theyll ask wait for 40 min but you will end up waiting for more than 2hours. Even after everything is done youll have to wait another hour before the reports reaches you. Clarification regarding the waiting time will be much appreciated!

Yes this is a worst place.. if I have influence come.here.. if u are a govt employee related to.health you will be given first priority.Normal ppl cant walk in here.. they make u wait and wait and wait.. minimum 3 hours..On top of that the doctor is not a qualified radiologist.. she is mbbs with some scan degree.. dont know why my consultant obg wants scan from.here.. may be the cuts.. !Fed up of medical systems.

Worst place to visit. The doctor was so insensitive and busy on her personal work all the time. They made me wait in the Changing room for more than an hour beside the wait outside the scan room for 3 hours.. also very expensive.Wish had a negative rating to give them.

Please dont go here, they are not accurate.My wife was asked to take ultrasound scan, scan diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy in right side, however when we went to the doctor it came as left side.They are latargic in taking scan, please dont go here my opinion.

Extremely unprofessional and unorganised. Booked my appointment for 12:30. The first thing they asked is payment. And waited for 3 hours now. Still waiting no response. Just avoid this scanning center.

This scan center is immediately on the left when you turn from Venkatnarayana road into Sivagnanam road. Entrance looks a little outdated, otherwise scan center is good. Two scanning rooms are available.Doctor is very friendly. Report will be ready within 30 minutes after the scan.Scan is done on the first come first served basis and scan center opens by 10am. So, arrive before 10am if you want to leave early.No parking facility in this center. Better to come by cab.They should seriously consider about changing the worn out sofa in the waiting area 😀.

There is no proper management of patients to scan, have to do the payment first and wait for 4 to 5 hours for your turn. Management, please consider this to avoid the inconvenience. If appointment with time slot it would be better.

Scan India is one of the Best Scan Center in Chennai. They are equipped with not just the best senior Radiologist but also with ultra high tech machines. Other scan centre’s cannot match the cleanliness and efficiency of this scan Center. Yes the price and waiting time is higher than other centre’s but where you get quality, and accuracy you have to pay a little extra and not complain. Highly recommended Scan India.

This is one of the worst mamagerd place where pregnant ladies are treated wotjout any priority. They dont know how to manage the rush or chart the appointments. They will tell to come by 10:30 and we have to wait till 1-2 hours. Aftwr that for getting report we have wait another 1 hour. This is the least place i go for scanning in my future. Utter waste, utter nonsense.

Very bad experience. The radiologist may be an experienced person. But very high tension prevail inside the scanning room due to the crowd waiting outside. The radiologist keeps instructing others on what to do in managing the crowd rather than concentrating on the patient while examining. The waiting time is approximately 3 1/2 hrs on weekends. Despite being disposing patients at high speed still waiting time is very high. They are just keen on taking the scans and finishing off their duty.

This scan facility is really awesome. The doctors there are really friendly and they take their time to explain things for us. They have also got really sophisticated equipments and those made my experience even more memorable. The support staff are very friendly and guiding. Downside is the wait time as queue gets longer. Best advise- go early as possible and register for your turn. I can totally say that it is WORTH THE WAIT as me and my wife had such a memorable experience. Thanks SCAN INDIA

I disagree with the negative comments ,Before going to this center I check google review and find following concern1. Team is not professionalReply : I do not think so , they handle my case very professionally , first junior doc completed scan and then senior doc , and this gave me good result , I am satisfied.2. I took my 5 months pregnant wife, scan was good. But I dont understand why they do scan so many time. At fist junior scan, then the main doctor. Why cant they do at once. I am not into medical but know that radiation is not good for baby.

Scan India is a great place to go to if you have nothing to do the entire day. Every time I go there, I had to wait for Atleast 3 hours. Today was a harrowing 5 hour wait. Though the doctor is good, its not worth the wait. Prices have been increased recently with a degraded experience.

Please dont go to this scan centre as they are not so professional and they waste our whole day for the scanning . Another big reason they wont give proper bill for the scan as they charge too high comparatively to other best scan centre.

Scan experience was good. Doctor was good. But support staff and administrative staff lack empathy towards the patients. They treat the patients very bad. Also we have to wait a long time. They will say that the doctor will come at 10 but in reality the doctor comes in only at 11. If we question them then they become defensive and give lot of rubbish reasons.

I am a dentist...Dr.Sathya mam is 2 gd...down to earth...humble...very patient and soft...but the receptionist and the one shows n xplains scan(there in the centre for a long time i suppose) followed by the Dr is horrible...very harsh...gives more pressure while scanning even if u insist to b slow she s least bothered...unprofessional..dont knw wats her qualification...she doesnt deserve to b in that place if she doesnt change her attitude...

Hi had a very good experience in this scan centre!! I took three scans here for my pregnancy n i found the reports were very clear n two doctors took scan n gave the reports everytime!! Best 4d scan centre at a affordable cost!! The place is very clean n people around there are very helpful n friendly!! If yu want a clear report of yu scan yu can definitely choose this centre!! I specifically recommend this centre for pregnant ladies who can enjoy Thier scan with 4d !!
