Visited this MI authorised service center to replace Power button for my Redmi Note 5 Pro. Followed all COVID protocols and social distance is also maintained. Service was very fast and the Quality of service was good. Will recommend for sure 👍🏻

Nice experience in changing my mobile display. Other mobile shops were asking for a hefty price for an imitation spare and I paid 5% more here for the original mi spare. They did the replacement in just an hour. They returned the defective part to me as well.

Dont think about giving your phones to them. They were not able to resolve the original issue rather after getting the phone return it started giving more problem.My phone had issue with charging (slow charging) but once charged it would easily withstand a day.But after taking it to this service Center battery started draining very fast (i Suspect they took my original battery and replaced it with some old battery) Now it is taking hours to charge and drains very fast.Another issue is with the finger print scanner , It was working perfectly when i gave the phone to the service Center , after getting it back i am not able to see the finger print option in the settings it just vanished.Very poor service, rude staff and the worst part is they are staling the phone parts.Never handover your phone in this service center.

Good ambience, people are polite and friendly. Listening problems calmly and produce effective solutions. I gave my mi mobile to change mi account password. It was delivered in 1 day. They have a default service fee. For my case it was billed 177-/ Rs. Good place to service mi brand mobiles here.

The service was good but there should be system in which the customers are handled there is no token system, They ask you to wait for your turn but If you wait you will be sitting all day in there pretty much crowded could add more staff and a token system will solve the issue

They dont recommend us to come to their shop . they want sell only online. Better avoid.

I cant be thankful enough.I visited there at the midst of this long lasting pandemic. The place was well maintained and rules were followed strictly. I was very impressed.Then the receptionist handled my request very respectfully and took my mobile for a check. After 10 or 15 mins, walla!! mobile fixed. The phone was handed over to me and no charges were levied.Wonderful thing is that I did not even have to mention that my phone was under the warrantee period. They knew it all.Very happy with the service. Take my 5 stars 🙏

Pretty straight forward..there is some waiting time but we got it fixed and took the phone back immediately. Didnt have a major issue with the phone so it was quick and easy.

Authorised service centre. I dropped my mobile in water and forgot about it for about 5 minutes. The very next day I took it there. With just 177 rupees they repaired my phone and it is working good. Best MI service centre. This is why I always buy MI devices. Good knowledgeable responsible person on the desk.

Right on time.Replaced my note 5 pro camera lens for 530Rs.They asked me to wait for an hour and a half,but the work was done 20mins early.Edited: The replaced product (camera lens) was later found to be defective. Careless response from representative and service person.

The board is not very clear, you till have trouble in identifying this place. But its right on top of Poorvika. There are around 8-10 people who can sit at a time. Three counters are there. Courteous service technicians.

Sevice is OK but the the front end response is very bad, they are not at all responsive and very rude.... That attitude completely ruined my experience there, so if you dont mind loosing your self respect you can go there for the service...

I dont want to give even a single star for this center 😤 i have given my mobile for mic problem....i called the mi servivce center...one lady attended my call...she is not even responding to my question properly...and for the mic problem they asked 700 ruppees and after some days my battery is notWorking properly..then i noticed my original mi battery is changed to some local battery... cheating shop... seriously i am telling...how you people are like this...we believe and gave our phones to the service..but this is unbelievable

An excellent service centre where they provide quick services. As soon as you enter you have to get the token for your turn. The token machine is on left side as soon as you enter. You have to type in your mobile number. Then they will call you when your turn has come. The staff is so courteous. Very less waiting time. Most of the minor problems are serviced immediately. Overall a good experience with the service centre.

Worst experience with them. I called them for mi band issue and they informed to bring the band for service. I went with MI band but they said band charger is mandatory to check. But it was not informed over the call. Then I left the place with disappointed. Week later I went with charger and they just clean the band and confirmed its faulty. No replacement device with them and no ETA. Worst service center, please look for different center.

The person sitting in front desk is always under stress and keep yelling at people. He is supposed to be clam and handle things with customer but it’s not the case. I understand this job is difficult but they are supposed greet people and make them comfortable but he never does that.I am giving 3 starts just for their technical service and not for customer service. Please ensure that the person facing customer is trained for that role. I not going again to this place if you are going treat customers like morons. Sorry for harsh words but this is the situation for everyone walks into this door.

Technical service is good. Have been visiting this place since the time it used to be Motorola service center. The front desk executive is arrogant like shes from Venus and extremely unfriendly, not suited for the role she does, where one is expected to have a smiling face and display warm and welcoming attitude.

I went to this shop last week. As i started to speak three words such as headphone symbos is not disappearing she ( customer care executive) not only snatched my mobile but also did not had the patience to complete my sentence. Then, she started to speak dominantly and said that the whole mother board has to be changed without even testing or investigating my mobile! For which she would charge 6k.When I asked the reason, she said, they have been facing similar problems with mobile phones in the past and have been solving such issues by replacing the motherboard.!! I was surprised the unprofessional way of approaching the customer and the technical issues!Finally, I went to a small mobile repairing shop and the issue resolved for just 300rs without replacing motherboard.I felt that this service center/staff are very money minded, impatient as well as impolite. Being an IT professional, i caught her tricks redhandedly. Wondering how other innocent customers are being put as victims and robbed.

Worst service.My mobile was not switching on.I went to this service center for repair. In 10 minutes, They said ur mother board is short, to replace that u have to pay 4500/-.Also they said better to buy new mobile, since some other parts might be damaged.On the same day evening, i went to on local service center in Velachery, they examined and said charging port was damaged and repaired in 15 minutes and charged 350/-Dont go for this branded service. There are lot more skillful people outside.

Never visit this service centre. Very bad response and service is very poor. If there is any rating less than 1 then I will post that.i visited continuously two days for my mobile repair to change screen after listening mobile in warranty period they are giving excuses like server down some time out of stock.

This is the nice MI service center situated in Perungudi Chennai. The only thing is they took some extra time to repair the phone. Else the service and people were good. And they know english so there will be no problem for Hindi guys like us.

When I gave my phone for service, I asked the receptionist when I can get it back. The front desk lady was extremely rude, You will get a call when its ready (In an unprofessional and indecent tone). There was no proper explanation on how they charge for the repairs and services. They simply said software issue. I wanted to speak to the technical person to understand what the issue was but the lady simply asked me to pay for the service done. There are better service centers around in Chennai with professional staff. Better avoid this one and this cruel lady.

I dont even want to give one start to this service centre. My display was working on pressing my screen.. there was a loose connection at the connection port. these people made sure whole display doesnt work and asked me to replace the screen. I had no other option but to give 6K. Worst service centre experience ever.

Timely response and dedicated staff. Visited here twice and have decent experience (be it words of staff or be it their command over the service... Havent gone back for the same issue).

One of the worst service center of MI.. I went there as my fitness band was not getting charged and is occurring for 3rd time. They are telling due to sweat the pin is getting damaged. Then are fitness bands for keeping inside cupboard?!! Also they are always out of stock of spare parts and accessories. I would recommend people to go to Velachery service center which provides good service

Good response. Had a problem with the charging port. They fixed the issue by replacing the chip in 15 minutes. Easily visible and accessible from OMR. Only problem they have is that there is only one counter. Might be a wait if it is crowded.

The customer care person was totally irresponsible and rude. There should be an option for customers to interact with service engineer directly and see what they are doing. They fixed the problem with loose connection in charging but the panel is broken and front desk person refused to own the responsibility. I have a strong feeling that they could have stolen my battery and replaced the battery with an old one as it takes more than 6 hours to get fully charged after the visit.

Consumer gets a message while check-in and checkout.Service charge with tax is too high for simple issues.😇They dont accept card or digital payment. That is ridiculous.😕 Nation is going towards digital payments.As being a Indias No.1 mobile brand and not promoting digital payment is sad thing😒💰

Not recommended, i have a issue in MI band 3. While visiting to MI service center i forgot my band charger.so they asked me visit again with charger.my house is far from service centre.Then i came back with charger.The provided new MI band 3.

I went with a problem of the charging port not working they took my phone and at last said my touch pad has stopped working and it will cost 2000 indian rupees which btw was working good enough before. Please be attentive and smart while being at this store. they are trying to loot the people.
