Good Price, on 200 ft road and work is progressing well

They have taken 90 percentage of payment and told the project would complete by march 2020 but and they were telling two more months two more months finally showed corona as a reason.lock down ended up in 7 months but they were unable to get workers back for about two more months!!! When we questioned they were telling by march 2021 later postponed to may and now they are telling june month we will give keys u can finish furnishing and get in around october!!! Still work is in 7 th floor donno when they will finish 20 + floors!!! Despite all this failure in this project , surprisingly they started another project in porur and diverted staff to that project !!! Those people who gave all promises and sold us the flat are not seen now.....new staff are sitting no satisfactory answer!!!Huge amount is going in name of emi ,but not taking the name of completion, Disappointing adminstration.

We went to the site and met a sales team person by name Balaji, very pathetic sales guy indeed. Could not answer the questions we sought clarification for. Lost interest in the project because of this.Flats are good. Project is in a developing area, on a highway with a lot of heavy truck movement. Pricing is definitely on the higher end.

I like the Design of this project because of very spacious and privacy.

Great location, work happening at faster pace. Meridian hospital, Vijay Park Inn hotel, Madhavaram bus stand, Metro all these in 100 mts distance. I was so convinced by the location but the cost looks very high, casagrand northern star is just a km away and costs reasonable. Only few units are available.

Flat rates are very high for this place.
