I have a wonderful experience in Lotus yoga center and a place where we can regain Good health. I found changes in me in just 3-4 sessions. Excellent in teaching and positive vibes always approachable and pleasant. I have seen a lot of improvement through physically and mentally. Mam focus not only on physical but also on health aspect (Food). She helped me a lot during my Covid recoveries time(online) I have seen a drastic change in me. I have a thyroid and Pcod problem for the past 10 years, I also taken treatment for the second baby , But after joining lotus yoga centre i completely changed my food diet and i got freshness for the full day, After six months i got regular periods ,Now i have a boy baby,thanks to lotus yoga centre.
