Mahal was big and having good atmosphere.. dinning hall is too small and poor planning in setting up the dinning hall for such a big mahal.... Limited space for car parking and that too SUVs, muv having carrier on top cant be parked over inside the mahal parking..

I was a guest for a brahmin wedding of my cousin. Stayed 2 days. To begin with the main hall , centralised A/C, COULD accommodate about 250 to 300 chairs. The stage is wide and good for religiousthe dias for bride anf activities. The hall is well built for a mid size function. It is on the first floor. The ground floor is only for parking of 4 to 5 cars. Thats it. Partly decorate back drop is good. There are 2 rooms each side of the dias for groom and bride. Welcome foyer is small but ok. Lift available from G. FloorThe second floor is for Dining which can seat about 150 pax a time. Kitchen is attached to dining. The infrastructureere in the kitchen is some thing to attend to, but constraint of place prohibits any offurther delopement. There is no proper ear marked for veg chopping. The kitchen staff are doing it on the approach pathway to dining.On the 3 rd floor guest rooms are thereGood well maintained with attached bath and one double bed with a/c.. no water problem.Finally it a good place for small gatherings of about 300 to 400 pax wedding,functions etc.Backup power is available.

Sizes of the convention halls have become smaller nowadays. This should have been a mini hall. But it is playing the full size hall feel. Parking in the ground floor, marriage hall in the first with a gallery on the second. Rest of second is dining hall which can accommodate 65 people in one shot! Fully air conditioned. And on the main road and very easy to find!!

Rooms are spacious and Clean but seating capacity is not adequate. The in charge of the mandapam openly demands heavy tips for himself and all the people working there. Separate fee is charged from the caterers for using the lift. Above all, number of unknown people staying around the mandapam freely enter the dining room and have meals all the time. Nobody stops them. This creates a misunderstanding between the marriage party and the caterers. Moreover its a security problem.

A marriage hall at the buzzling place of Nanganallur South, easily accessable by bus and train.15 minutes drive from airport.

Good one. Lots of space with food aminities. But small considerations can be given the lifts. There are 3 floors and each floor has either a hall or a mahal. Since many people can be travelling to various floors, thw lift can either be made big or more than one lifts can be placed.
