Say no to MI..One of worst service center I ever seen in my life this is not a service center it is sales center if you give your gadgets anything ie Mobils TV watch ect they sell their sales spare parts to you they never service your device.I have gave my phone on April month that they said that your phone battery badge need to change they have charged me 1350After that I got my phone once I reached home its same issue after government announced lock downAgain I reached July month they said that your key is damaged need to change thatI said okay change it after that also its not working now they are saying your mother broad issue need to replace now what I have to do almost 1 month over still my phone laying in service center...Guys dont buy MI hear after pls dont waste your money 💰💰💸They are giving very less cost phone it will come only 2 years after that they will add above mentioned altogether you can buy good branded phone in marketSay no to MI

They tried to cheat me. I have poco f1 I had a issue that I cant make or receive calls, so I went to the service centre and they checked and told the motherboard is gone. You have to change it. It cost around 10k. I said no and I got back the mobile. Then I went to a local service centre he then checked my phone and he told u have to change only sub-board and antenna and he said motherboard is perfect no beed to change it. It costs only 950 to get my issues solved.

Worst service center I have ever seen, due to covid my warranty expired five days before but they have given no response and asked me to pay. I have taken this issue to the zonal manager of mi dont turn up for more than 10 days.....

I understand that there is a pandemic going on but the stuff are very rude and not welcoming at all. They dont want to help you in any way or form. Please provide better training for your employees Xiaomi. I would give this 0 stars.

I got my MI A1 screen and battery replaced to my satisfaction. They showed me the worn out one that was replaced.

Its a amazing place u can visit the store directly without any appointment and get your service done in 2-3 hr . Parking space available for car and bike both . U have place to seat and wait fully AC

I had a very bad experience in mi service center they r making too difficult to access them to know the query itself they r making 1 hr and then executive attitude is not polite and when I said I could not attend the call immediately he said might be a signal problem and when I asked to check he is saying all your datas will be deleted if I run a software test but how a local mechanic is doing

The Store people are not interested in doing service for small parts. They want to change the entire bigger part and charge huge amount. Its better to do service in local shops for small requirements.

They resolved my issues within 30 minutes.

Not good , normal speaker not available 2days delay... All service centers closed closed telling some one service center staffs.... Very poor..... No words...

An very busiest service centre with good service quality. But the area volume is small. And an average MI service centre for Villivakkam and aynavaram peoples.

Service can be improved. The wait time is really huge. Some times I feel their process must be fine tuned. First listen to the incident then if it is possible to resolve then issue the token. Customers must be attended first.

I have MI A3. I went for a issue with my bluetooth connectivity with my wireless headphone they took like 1hr to respond and they just removed my SIM card and memory card from the phone and sd that its working now, I checked when I was there it worked but as soon as I reached home it just went back to square one. They didnt give me a FIX they just pushed since too many customers lined up. When I try to call them in the number given it says SWITCH OFF.

Did not have the spare I was looking for nor where they ready for an in store pickup order. They wanted me to leave the phone with them, which I was not comfortable with...

This is actually not MI showroom because these people dont know to service mi phones and no spares are available here.....poor customer service .....

According to the receptionist shop closes at 4 PM but the real closing time is 7 PM and I did got an appointment for 4 to 6 pm from hatetowait. Fun part is most of them leave by 5:30 PM. Receptionist is very unprofessional. Totally a service center with full of unskilled people. Very bad feeling.On contrast ppl should learn from oneplus service center t nagar.

The people doing the checking and repairing the devices were thorough with their work, didnt encounter any problem.The customer desk can do some work on the customer interaction. It wasnt bad but it wasnt good either.

Worst headphones ihave ever purchased in my life.Worst mi you guys cheaters.After purchasing within 20days it started to show some symptoms on the right side of the headphones than after hardly a month the right side of the headphone stop working.so I went to mi service center to claim warranty by exchanging the headphones.But they fooled me by giving the same headphones which I gave them.when they gave me they told me this is last time we gonna exchanged hp you need to be careful.And now after 20days its not working.

Firstly, dont go without booking. During booking give pincode as 600023 or else, as for me even though I am hardly 4km from them, their app books to gummidipoondi service center, 30 kms due to my pincode at Madhavaram. Be alert :)

Understood about covid 19 situation. At least they should have enquired about customer problem who came directly to store.

My brother bought a new mi earphones online and when it was started malfunctioning in just 2 weeks, he went to this place and the rest is only regret. After grilling him, they gave him a new earphones and said dont come back again just to fool him by giving another faulty earphones.

Plz dont waste your time in this worst place.i have an issue in charging ,while charging charger pin gets melt and mobile pin also.i visited there i told to them mobile is in warranty period. They gave reply we cant claim warranty bcoz of it burning issue.then ,i leave that warranty related thing.i told to them u repair it how much charges will be there i will pay it.Then they told parts r not available it will come after 45 days.its just a charging pin only.worst place i have ever visited.

Service center charged just to find out what went wrong and they always insist of replacing the parts rather than repairing it. Asked Rs 4000/- to replace the parts, but I took my phone to a nearby service center and paid only 450/-. Still working good.

One star is too much I guess hope we can down rate the service center.My note 5 pro is facing display de-coloring issue for which they have replaced the display twice and still the issue is repeating. Now that the warranty is over they want me to pay 5k for new display which was replaced only 2 months back with only 3 months warranty where as the replaced display came for only 3 months. Is MI expecting customers to change display 3 to 4 times a year to keep the phone running. These people are not able to identify the problem is what I think and more so looks like a scam to make us spend money.

Very nice place....with awesome environment and polite staffs.....love there services......iam came here for battery draining issues...they accepted it and promises to change the battery and update the software...and as like promise they did it. Dont think negative review.... I also have some doubt before going there or after reading fake reviews...but believe me its an awesome experience with them...love u mi....
