I went to this place today and met Mr.Thiyagu at service section. He was polite and he fixed the problem in my camera. He also explained me the basics about my camera, how to use it, what to do and what not to do. Whatever questions I asked he answered all of them patiently. He was very friendly.

Yesterday i just went Fujifilm Service Center for a Small heat issue in my XT4, mistakenly i forgot to update the firmware so that only i feel over heating issue and the recording time problem , Mr Thiyagu make me Comfort and a Valuable response on time deliveryNow my Camera feel ok,Once again Thanks Mr ThiyaguFujifilm Service Center.

I visited FujiFilm India Pvt. Ltd with lot of worries due to an unexpected problem in my newly on-line purchased camera.
