Not solved my dead lenovok8 note rs 200 for check and charge rs6500 for motherboard change for k8 note.

Due to covid may be less crowded but got served my phone quickly and Im happy with the service and staff.

Went for my mobile repair (k8 plus) warranty, restarting and switched off continuously they verified and said software reinstall. But once reached home still same problem I faced. I dont know did they checked properly or not.

Understood the issue and promptly fixed the device within 24hrs. Great service.

Authorised service centre for Lenova and Motorola Mobile phones with spacious hall situated at very busy area of Pondy Bazar, T Nagar, Chennai. Service also not so bad, but can be improved.

This is a good service center...but they have charged 1150 for micro usb port change..usually in normal repair shop it is 200.They are cheating the customers.

Better dont buy Lenovo products because of these worst service centres. Its devastating for me to even share the experience I had. Totally worst management who does not know how to manage and handle customers. Except very few people (1 or may be 2) everybody is useless. I had to wait for more than 5 hours to even get attended by an employee.

One of only TWO service centres in the whole of Chennai!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Extreme crowds, slooooooooow resolution rate, surly technicians, feel cheap for having bought Lenovo now.... If you pay peanuts, get ready to be treated like a monkey!

Pathetic service, these folks need to be thought how to behave with customers. I would recommend Motorola to remove Digital communications contract as authorised servicing Centre.

I really hated my visit in this. My phone got wet and told them about the issue. They dried it by blowing hot air. Without charging it they said that the product has touch issue, power button issue and what not and asked me 14,000 to repair. I said I bought the phone for 12,000. Ridiculous, I went back home with the phone and charged it and it started working. They did not even charge to see if it is working or not. They just dried it and came with a whopping 14,000 amount.

Dear Team,I am currently using a Moto G5 Plus device for the past xx years.On 4th June 2020, I had a display issue and went to the Lenovo authorisedservice center in T.Nagar chennai for repairing. The service engineer toldthat there was a problem in the display and it had to be replaced. I got mydevice back after fixing the new display for which I was charged Rs.4,500/-.The next day I faced another issue, my device kept restarting frequently. Itook it to the same service center and the service engineer told that themotherboard had an issue and it would cost Rs.7,000/- for fixing it. Healso he would do it at a discounted rate of Rs.4,500/- as I had alreadyreplaced the display.For your kind information, the device restart issue had not occurred whenthe display was there. Only after replacing the display, did I face thisrestarting issue. If the service engineer had informed me that themotherboard had an issue, I wouldnt have replaced the display and sold thephone as scrap and purchased a new latest Moto device. But I wasntinformed of that and the display was replaced for Rs.4,500/- andadditionally I was about to be charged Rs.4,500/- for the motherboardissue. This is really frustrating from a good brand. It wasnt also worthinvesting Rs.9,000/- for this device at this stage.In my family, we have 6 mobile phones comprising of Lenovo and Motorolabrands and we have been using them satisfactorily till date. But the aboveissue and the approach dented that image and I am feeling bad for usingthis brand. Hereafter, Ill have to think thrice before investing in aMotorola/Lenovo device.I request you to take some action in this regard as I am really satisfiedwith my device and dont want to change the same.Its like road side shop

Service is not arrested still now. I already 2 times came to this problem but your service is not satisfied. I give my mobile for one week to solve the problem in your service center but again again this same problem is repeated. I have only one month warranty. So replace my mobile with in this year.

Excellent token system. Good seating and well air-conditioned waiting hall. Amazing estimated time to resolve within one hour. Staff are courteous and well-trained. Parking for all vehicles has to be done on the street (no dedicated parking). No lift for physically challenged (Service centre is in 1st floor).

One & only Motorola Authorized Mobile Service center in Chennai city.due to which it face about 300 to 400 customers a day.service center has only 5 counters. it takes about 1 to 2 hours for the service Person to identify the fault.To give a mobile to service it would take about half a day.Moto have to open more service center on high Priority

There will be no one in the entrance to tell you about their procedure , their services, etcI was waiting for half an hour in the centre waiting for my turn but no one there notice my presence and when I finally asked about them they told that their services is not for tabsAll the most I was irritated and insulted.Also my time got wasted.The place was good so only thought of giving 2 stars.

Problem was MIC repair. Case was handled by Ms.Durga. A soft spoken lady and a positive response from her, excellent reception. Problem was solved in an hour .

Service is Ok but taking too much time for basic services.Working people have to plan and visit there, for initial addressing itself they will take 2-3 hours.This is the only service center which is covering warranty, if rest of branches extended to cover warranty service it will be well and good for customers.

TRUST WORTHY SHOP FOR REPAIRReceived excellent service, repair will be done in your presence. As far as i i observed they will ask to wait for an hour or two and they will repair and return as soon as possible. You have to pay by cash since their POS machine was repair that costed them a star.

My battery problem for lenovo K4 note was attended promptly though it took nearly 2hours for me,.My issue with this center is1)pricing not transparent - no break up given for cost for the items replaced. They give just a cash receipt for the total amount paid. How can an organisation run by issuing a hand written receipt. Creates lot of suspicion about the product and cost.2) Warranty is only one month- very funny if it is an authorised service center.3) pressuring us to pay in CASH instead of ATM/DEBIT/CREDIT card giving lame reason of NETWORK coverage failure. Irony is that they are always in online to check about the warranty and other details about the mobiles brought for repair/service. Even small end mobiles are good in dealing digitally but an authorised service point is dealing in CASH even for higher values. LENOVO/MOTOROLA should look to this which definitely speaks about its image with customers. I would suggest the customers to check with this issue before giving the item for service.

I requested to change the display and micro phone but they didnt change both. Only software was updated anyway as of now its working fine. Let me check if any problem comes in regular use I will come back

Great experience at the shop as even after so much rough use my mobile is still in almost perfect condition..... no doubt about the reliability of the warranty of product , no need for warranty ..... Only issue is the wait time and cost .... go in the morning around its opening time if want to get the fast service .......... Also a lot costly......

Minimum waiting time will be 3 hours, on pick time it may take more than 6+ hour also...!! If youre going to this service centre, bring your food and snacks for eating... Since you cant even go out for food...!! Once your ticket number is displayed, the service representative will say to give your mobile and go we will call you in two days..!! At the end you feel, you have wasted the complete day in this service centre...!! After that you will be thinking how to get a permission in office to pick your mobile from service..!!Note: No proper two / four wheeler parking...!! If you came inside the service centre, traffic police will come and take your vehicle, since you parked in NO PARKING... Later on you should follow up will the police to take your vehicle...Conclusion: if you didnt have a work you can sit here and listen to they untrusted words..!! Such a worst service centre, I didnt see...! They have improve the service quality and also need some more staff to assist the public Q..!!
