Its a government office. We can pay property tax, water tax etc. Building plan permit, construction within Chitlapakkam Town Panchayat level are approved here.Considering other government offices, this is very hygienic & looks good.

I submitted my application for new assessment of property tax. But it took 3 weeks to finalize.

Its situated in a main road. 2 &4 wheeler parking is available. Services are good. Adjacent to Post office, Police station.

Near Varadaraja theater. Building neatly kept being newly constructed
