Nice service, well organised and cars are available for demo as well. Everyone here dealing the customer with patience. However the delivery is slightly delayed from commited date.

HMP is always been known for its faster services and commitment towards the delivery. I usually go here to complete my car maintenance schedule, staffs are very very polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

They stick to their delivery time and more late at times, even when we request under special circumstances. It would be better that engineer who takes up the jobsheet has an command over the work process and the people involved. Payment processing could be made simpler and quicker. the bill could be made ready for payment when the job is finished the vehicle moves for a wash. people attending the accessories needs to be more informed about the product details and the FAQ which a customer could possible ask about the displayed products. The relationship manager for service could visit the customer inbetween and ask for service levels and ratings rather than sending msg at a later point of time.

Radiator and the switch assembly for the driver side window were changed, as part of service. The screws securing the plastic cover by the side of the radiator were missing and the pladtic cover on top of the switch assembly was broken. Never experiencedexperiencedsuch poor service at HMP

Not very encouraging.they r more interested in dash board polish .pungent smell after delivery.Who on earth will apply polish on steering..hand is slippingAlandur HMP is much better

Best place to be when your Hyundai car is in trouble. Other dealers arent that trustworthy. But here you can expect the manufacturing plant level security and service quality. I have worked at Ford and for sure will say its safer to buy Hyundai cars. Esp when you are in chennai or where you have HMP dealership. They are direct Hyundai dealership and offer better service and sales. Chances of getting cheated is minimal to none. However when u go for shopping for a new car, be aware of what you need, when the model was launched, how soon the next model will be release so u dont end up with a model from 2 years back when the latest one is on its way out. Otherwise a trustworthy center for your Hyundai for sure without a doubt.

Worst service experience .the water wash and foam wash was very very pathetic .took back the new creta vehicle after completing my second service .I have totally shocked the c-pilla garnish was full of scratches and the car wash is totally worst and paid for interior foam wash and highly charged but the seat remains in wet condition.worst service center please dont suggest to any one and dont belive the review .I couldnt attach the photo .please dont prefer this service center in ekkaduthangal.

Worst experience after pickup of my vehicle. We dont even know what they do and they dont give proper response while changing the parts. I have asked for pictures or video while they remove old parts and replace them with new ones. But they say something or the other stories but never respond back. All lies and I feel like cheated. Please never ever go for a service here. Thanks.

From reception to everybody was impressive. Kudos to Sowrirajan who took care of my car, one major change I observed in todays service was all the Service engineers took care other customers too.. My 2011 model hyundai i120 rear axle is broken with out any reason, they have no stock in kerala. So i decided to sell my car and buy a new one but its not hyundai.
