By 11.00 AM they say they cannot issue further tokens and to come tomorrow. Just 40 tokens they had given by 10 AM and almost there is no people with tokens. Have to fight to get further tokens. The Managers can train the Peon or receptionist to behave with Courtesy. Being the Head office ,The operations are relatively slow. They do the job of the bank. They can Enhance the Speed of Operations like Banks.

There is only one phone no.which keeps on saying its busy all the time. If you send an email there is no response. Post office service had not improved at all over the years. With a lot of difficulty I managed to register for internet banking, but unable to login. I send a mail & no response. I dont know when post office services are going to be upgraded . Its still in the 18th century mode.

All post services are provided here. You can apply for adhaar and Make changes in it . You can send mails , parcel speed post and registered post . Working time is 10 AM 4 PM .Wrong timing are mentioned on google maps . Staff is cordial and helpful . There is also a ATM also of indian speed post mo ey services . You can also avail banking services here . Post office is on the Main road . Ample space for parking .

Good service. Actually the packaging is done by the post office packers itself. Head Post office is a packing centre as well. They have the box and plastic coverings. Nd the packing is charged around 50rs. The lady staffs are respectful and helpful as well. Overall good experience.

May be people should be more friendly. But better than most of the Govt offices.Adhaar card name changing services, passport services, postal address proof are also available here.unlike other post offices the parking is spacious.

This place is very crowded all the time because it is a head office post office. All type of transactions queries are done in this place. This place is located near to Ambattur Ti Cycles Bus stop and nearer to Ambattur Railway Station so it is reachable and can be noticeable from the main road.

For updating aadhar it took me more than half a day. 😭😭😭

If u go for post office in ambattur ot they told u have to come mrng 6am from that time people wait for token 8clk token given only 10tokens per day for made correction od naadhar card please close the hell.

Post man chandran not doing his work properly. He is not delivering my belonging to my location, asking me to get it up on main head office...

Always crowded. Staff can be a bit courteous. Nevertheless - a key location for people around Ambattur.
